J’ai pris une nouvelle réservation suite à mon séjour du 30 Juin où tout c’était très bien passé

mais là je regrette d’avoir repris une réservation dans cet établissement!
télévision qui ne fonctionne pas et la dame a l’accueil n’a pas du tout assuré en essayant de me faire avaler une couleuvre!

Una estancia agradable con pequeños detalles a mejorar

Tuve una estancia excelente. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, la ubicación del hotel era ideal para visitar la zona. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría.

La habitación contaba con un pequeño jardín, lo cual era un detalle agradable. Sin embargo, parecía ser el único que no ofrecía privacidad, ya que era una zona de paso y las personas transitaban continuamente por delante. (hab.101)

Our welcome at check-in was fabulous, great chap. Location great for exploring the city. Evening meal very good as was breakfast.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking when lots available and some free spaces on the street. Bar staff was not very helpful, felt invisible. Was that because we weren’t Spanish?

Lovely Hotel & Place but need to be mindful off seriousness on allegies

Again do not cater for Gluten Free. Offered an upgrade to room paid 15 euros & the room wasn't any better than standard it only had a small garden ( i believe these rooms are for people with dogs to which i'm allergic to

Extortionate parking cost. Unhelpful staff. Not even a kettle or coffee machine in the room. Put us on the ground floor with a not so private patio. Charged 21 euro per night for parking. Overcharged us by about 60 euro for Sunday night.
