Read this review and CALL before you book
Pros:

Location was good.
Staff was accommodating, kind and professional.

Cons:

Cost of room vs what the room had available.
Room with kitchenette yet absolutely nothing to cook with either, no utensils, no glassware or even plastic items, not even a stir stick for the coffee maker.
No indication if front desk has kitchen items for borrowing.
Which we never checked as the bigger issue was the ventilation.
AC unit for a two room unit with a bathroom separating guests from proper air flow during warmer to hot months.
Setting the temp down as low as it would go (64) and having to get a box fan from the front desk (thankfully they had one) was still a struggle to get cool air to the sitting area since the thermostat is also in the bedroom and would shut off when the room reached the set temperature.
The room cost just under $300 yet we were unable to use the kitchen, unable to sit comfortably in the front room.
The fridge, and tv and lighting did create a level of warmth the fan had to fight with.
Call before you book such rooms as two room options do not come with two ac/heating units at all.

Great Hotel but sadly ticks/fleas in guestroom
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites Albuquerque North and overall the hotel itself is very nice. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever they could. The complimentary breakfast and evening dinner/snacks were honestly some of the better hotel food offerings we’ve had, and that part of the stay was a big positive for us.

However, there was one major issue that seriously impacted our stay. We stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately our room had a noticeable flea and tick problem. My girlfriend Lydia and I are huge dog lovers and completely understand that the hotel allows larger dog breeds, which normally would not bother us at all. But it seemed like the rooms may not be getting the deep-level pest treatment or preventative maintenance needed when pets frequently stay there. We informed staff, but the hotel was fully booked and they were unable to move us to another room.

I do want to say that I truly believe the housekeeping staff is doing the best they can with the resources and time they are given. This did not feel like a housekeeping issue as much as it felt like a management or ownership issue involving pest control, staffing, or workload expectations. The employees themselves were kind and professional throughout the experience.

I’m leaving this review because I think this hotel has the potential to be excellent if management takes the pest issue more seriously and invests more into preventative treatment and support for the staff. Aside from that issue, the property, food, and customer service were all very good.

Overnight stay on way to Florida
Pros:

the location is great. The rooms and atmosphere met my expectations. Cleanliness was top notch, and the noise level in rooms was also great. The value is good, but a little more than I expected. Great breakfast and wonderful Happy Hour. The hotel service and staff were friendly and professional.

BEST IN CLASS !
Pros:

BEST IN CLASS

Writing a review for the Drury Inn & Suites is incredibly easy because there honestly isn’t one negative thing I can say about our stay. Everything about the experience was outstanding!

The breakfast is more like going to iHop than a typical hotel breakfast, and the daily “Kickback” in the late afternoon and early evening offers complimentary food and drinks for guests every single day. Both the breakfast and evening food were excellent. They also have a restaurant on-site that stays open until 11:00 PM each night.

The hotel features a very nice laundry room if you need to do wash during your stay, along with a workout area and pool. The rooms are extremely comfortable and provide everything you could need. There’s even a small store in the lobby for snacks, drinks, and other items you may want or need.

What truly sets Drury apart, though, is the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — honestly the best hotel staff we’ve experienced anywhere.

We only discovered the Drury chain about a year ago, but it has quickly become our “go-to” favorite, even if it means driving a little out of the way to stay at one. They’re pet friendly, reasonably priced, and offer tremendous value for what you receive.

They may not have locations in every state, but if you ever get the chance to stay at a Drury Inn & Suites, I’m confident you won’t be disappointed!

First time here, definitely not the last!
Pros:

Our first time in a Drury Inn and won’t be our last. The staff were all so helpful and extremely friendly, seemed to really be working as a team and helping each other out so nice to see. You always saw the manager greeting the repeat guests and chatting to new faces. I think we must have gotten an upgrade on our room as it was huge with a separate lounge area with settee and separate TV, fridge, microwave and sink area. We had a king size bed which was very, very comfortable, pillows were ok, sheets were cotton. Included in our stay was a decent breakfast selection which always looked neat and tidy no matter what end of breakfast service you hit. Also between 5.30-7.30 they offered what they called a “snack buffet”. Honestly it was a full meal, they had soup, salad, pasta, chicken, nachos with salsa and cheese, pop corn, also a choice of 3 alcoholic drinks each per person per day which included beer, wine and cocktails such as margaritas. Very impressive. If wanting to dine out there are several places that you can safely walk to such as PF Chang which was very good and Twin Peaks for you guys. Would not advise walking to Outback as the path looks a bit dodgy. They advertise that this is a Happy Place…..I guess it certainly is. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future,
