Very good pet friendly hotel in good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, facilities were good. Employees were great, very alert and friendly. I appreciate a pet friendly hotel as we travel with our pups.

Cons:

One elevator was out and wait lines were really long in the morning to go to breakfast and to leave with suitcases.
Pet fee too high.

The staff were all super kind and friendly, but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The early check in was very convenient for our schedule. The meal at dinner was nice.

Cons:

There seemed to be a strong smell of urine in the room- possibly because it’s pet friendly and there’s carpet in the rooms. However, as we were only going to be there a night, it wasn’t worth requesting another room and we were tired. The pads to not look like queens. They were more full size.

We loved the property but were truly disappointed about the elevator situation and the effect it had on our health limit
Pros:

The room was perfect and food great. The location was convenient

Cons:

The second elevator wasn’t working when we got there. We had requested a ground floor unit due to my husband’s recent spinal fusion surgery. They didn’t have one so they upgraded up to a suite—however it was on the 6th floor. Then the first rlevayquit working after my husband went to take a spa on the first floor. He had to climb 6 flights of stairs. The manager was made aware of the problem and comped us the room. However, we were so worried that the elevator wouldn’t work in the morning and the ensuing chaos would be tooth. So we arose at 4 AM packed up and immediately used the elevator now working —for fear it would break again. We loaded our belongings and went back for breakfast and then slept until 9AM after knowing our luggage was in the car. It was stressful.

Overall I like the hotel. It was just only one elevator and luke warm showers were not my favorite.
Pros:

I like the breakfast and dinner. The hotel is a little pricey but it is worth it when you consider that you have two complete meals and drinks.

Cons:

One of the elevators was broken and only having one elevator was not fun. I was on the 6th floor and waited over 15 minutes twice to get down. The stairs were not an option for me. The shower never did get really get warm in Room 603. It was not freezing but it certainly was not warm. I like hot showers.

I enjoy staying at Drury with my grandchildren. They love to swim.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. It would be nice though if you could have bacon as well. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Great stay, will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Everything! The location is amazing it’s near lots of things to do, including family friendly activities. The staff was amazing, room was clean and great! Although we did have a mishap with our bathroom, the staff quickly moved us rooms to accommodate. Staff at check in were amazing, happy hour and breakfast were awesome as well.
