Pros:

For being a $20 resort fee, it was lackluster and the employee informed us. There was no pool towels with no further solution therefore we had to walk back and use our bathing towels. They were a little spots of black mold in the shower. No comforters and went to the closet to grab some of the spare blankets in which there was hair and dirt spots on it.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The views at breakfast on the patio are awesome. The pool isn’t very large but well kept and has a nice waterfall feature. Hot tub is on the larger side which was good.

convenient location on outskirts of town, but east side of property was very scenic
Pros:

convenient location, nice pool area, can see mountain on northeast of property from pool area which also looked out over deserted golf course, so felt connected beauty Arizona desert, and not urban. front desk staff very friendly,

Cons:

breakfast was adequate, but not great. scrambled eggs were a bit dry, they made a big deal re bottomless mimosas with breakfast, we dont really drink alcohol in the morning, afternoon refreshment would be better, but did not see where to get mimosas, and did not see anyone else with them, so seemed like empty promise that they made a big deal about. restaurant food was not great.

Good Getaway, I felt at home...
Pros:

I Loved that the Room was Clean, Smelled Fresh, Beds made Nicely, Kuerig and Coffee, Tile Floors and I Loved the Mexican Ambiance. The Headboards were Beautiful and I like the Balcony where we could sit and Enjoy the Night Sky watching the Beautiful pool area. The Breakfast was Good and Fresh, a Little something for Everyone...

Cons:

It was Mother's Day Weekend and being a Get away for Us to Enjoy since our grown kids are out of state, I Forgot that other Mother's were getting away as well but with their children. The Pool was very Crowded with families all day then the evening had couples enjoying the pool, I didn't feel comfortable. The pool looked so good but I didn't get a chance to test the waters.. Families were Happy though.

A blast from the past with five star service
Pros:

My daughter and I had the most amazing time at La Posada. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were treated like VIP’s from the amazing staff.

We checked in and received the balcony room we had requested. However, I had not realized that would mean we would have an exterior door to the parking lot. That is something I cannot do traveling on my own. They quickly relocated me to a patio room on the beautiful courtyard by the fireplace. It was such an ideal location to go to and from the pool. I loved morning coffee on the patio overlooking the mountains.

The rooms are small, clearly from another time. But we enjoyed the commons spaces and the private dressing area in our room, so the smallness was not overwhelming. The mattresses, Keurig, television and refrigerator were all brand new and made the room feel up to date.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Fresh eggs and real French toast, plus the special of the day (biscuits and gravy our first day) The bottomless mimosas and the view made the breakfast experience five star.

Overall it was the super helpful staff who made it great. From finding my favorite float that was missing the second day, to getting fresh pool towels to letting me sample ciders at the happy hour, they went above and beyond. This little gem could easily be overlooked. But don’t!
