One of the best hotels i have ever stayed.
Pros:

Great staff, super friendly, helpful and respectful. Location is very close to a train station making it easy to commute and it is close to a nice district giving you access to everything. Bonus is that has a 24/7 shop in the basement in case you need something. Would strongly recommend and stay there again! 😊

Great location and unique hotel!
Pros:

This is a great modern, interesting and unique hotel. Close to everything Tokyo has to offer. The art rooms were so cool. Clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Public transport is very close and convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, vlakbij heel veel restaurantjes

Het personeel was geweldig! Wij voelden ons zelfs af en toe bezwaard om
Iets te vragen want men ging letterlijk rennen voor ons.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is echt gericht op zakelijke en Amerikaanse gasten. Op een bordje “local vegetables” echt niets wat leek op Japans eten en dus ook niet om te ontdekken. Dat vonden wij erg jammer.

Family of 3 trip to Tokyo
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel at the end of April 2026 for 4 nights with our five year old. We upgraded to a room with Tokyo tower view and it was very worth it. This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was back in 2017. Since our flight arrived at 4am we added a late check in and an extra day so we could have our room when we arrived instead of waiting till 3pm. It was a great idea because we were exhausted from our long flight and the hotel was very responsive to this request. The lobby was very nice with great views and a lot of art displays and bonsais. The lobby also offers free coffee and tea. The staff was always friendly and helpful on both our arrival and departure. Our 5 yr old was gifted children sized amenities at check in which was very thoughtful. They helped us arrange our luggage be shipped to Kyoto which was our second destination. The hotel is located near a lot of shops and convenience stores. It's also connected to a train station which makes it super easy to get around. The room was very spacious and all three of us were very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Great stay and lots of nice art
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights. The room was beautiful (Castle art room) and we had a great view. Comfy bed. Great shower.
The hotel was full of diverse artwork, making it an extra nice place to walk around.
Breakfast was excellent!
The area seemed fairly quiet or maybe it's more of a business area. We could hear the trains a little, but unless you are an insanely light sleeper you wouldn't be bothered.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

- Amazing location - metro station and convenience store are very close to the hotel! Super convenient
- View from the room was SPECTACULAR!
- Clean room
- Employees at the reception were amazing, super helpful and polite

Cons:

I would only suggest to renovate bathroom, it looks a bit outdated. But it’s clean and has everything needed
