Wonderful experience
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel. The decor was beautiful and I really enjoyed looking at all of the artwork both in my room, the hotel rooms floors and the lobby. The staff were all very helpful. They also provided me with a customized to-go breakfast since I had to leave the hotel to catch a train before breakfast service started. The rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was very good - wide variety of food available. I would definitely stay here again if I have a chance to return to Japan.

Great views of Tokyo, recommended
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights due to location and tokyo tower views. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. I really liked the hotel amenities, face serum & face oil was great. Views are perfect, we really enjoyed observing Tokyo from a bird perspective. Comfortable beds, great sleep, silent AC, good shower. Thanks to an ad hoc question from the receptionist how we are going to the airport, we received the best directions - we literally had 2 minutes to leave the hotel in order to catch the metro. In less than a minute we received map and the most precise instructions, we took the train in time and were really happy about it (the hotel is located in a maze of buildings, which offers many not so obvious ways to get from point A to point B, many alternatives on a vertical level). Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable hotel with art and skyscraper views
Pros:

The city views were amazing with skyscrapers, Tokyo sky tree and art work interesting and unique . Stayed in an Art room for a special experience , service was attentive . It seems some of the rooms have been renovated so better than the pictures online for standard room . Plenty of amenities in room .

Cons:

Location seems out of the way but hotel is above a train station and there is an underground walk way.
Bar is an Alcohol vending machine for wine and beer cash only . However amazing view .

Pros:

I liked the strategic location, super close to the train station. My biggest turn off was the size of the room. The area being in FiDi is super quiet and for that reason there is not that much around. But overall it was a good stay. Would I go back? Not sure…

The view lived up all of the expectations
Pros:

I booked this hotel for the amazing view. The view of the city from the lobby is stunning. On the day of our arrival, we even saw Mount Fuji. Our room had a park view, and it also lived up to our expectations. Ginza is a 10-minute walk away. There are two subway stations nearby: one right outside the hotel, accessible by elevator, and the other is a 5-10-minute walk away. There's a convenience store in the same building.

One week break
Pros:

Reception on 25th floor. At check-in, reception were off handish, whereas the other staff were very helpful and Concierge excellent. The reception area has wonderful views of the city. Our room, though small, had everything necessary, was clean and kept that way during our stay. Water in the fridge was replenished daily. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. However, our evening experience in the bar on more than one occasion was unwelcoming without a food reservation. The hotel is in an area ideal for all modes of transport - subway, trains, monorail also local restaurants and bars.
