Hervorragendes City-Hotel in Mitten einer pulsierenden Megropole. Absolute Empfehlung.
Pros:

Komfortables 4-Sterne-Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage, verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Nähe zu den Bahngeleisen trotz Zimmer in der 33. Etage manchmal etwas laut, da ständig Züge vorbeifahren. Gibt aber nur 1 Punkt Abzug, da weiter nicht so schlimm.

Good Location, efficient hotel.
Pros:

Location is good with good access to all the major areas. very good access to railway and subway.

Cons:

Located directly above rail lines so there was a lot of noise. Also hotel upsold Tokyo Tower views and it was not possible to see the Tokyo Tower from the room. the room we stayed in allowed the tip of the tower view only. So while it was technically correct to label it as such it was not what we expected.

The room and view were great. We were on the side away from Tokyo Tower - no regrets, great view of the train line (without the noise), tall office buildings and a park. The hotel lobby has comfortable seats with view of Tokyo skyline, Tokyo Tower and - in theory - Mount Fuji (but Fuji-san was hiding in the haze). See uploaded photos. We also really appreciated the self-service coffee machine in the lobby (free).

Cons:

The breakfast was OK, but not amazing. Better coffee at the buffet and a larger selection of cereals and bread would have been nice. But, it was OK really.

Geweldige locatie!!! Heerlijk hotel, prachtig uitzicht, loopafstand van Shimbasi, de allerleukste wijk van Tokyo. Echt een aanrader!! Oh en prachtige kunst in het hotel en super vriendelijk personeel

Superb hotel, incredibly friendly staff and phenomenal views. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great views. Fairly easy to get around. There is a station right under the property that we didn’t spot until our second day. We tended to walk the 10 minutes to Shimbashi station to get about. Views were phenomenal. Staff were incredibly helpful when it came to things like luggage forwarding. We arrived 7 hours early to drop our bags and found our room was ready and they checked us in immediately which is a god send after a long flight.

Cons:

Only small note is we booked a room for 2 adults, a 15 year old and a 5 year old but there were only two beds so the 5 year old was in with us, however the bed was very wide so more then enough to accommodate her.
