Locatie
Ik had een fiets gereserveerd maar er bleek geen fiets beschikbaar.
The location was great, quiet, and close to the park. Walking distance to the museum.
The room was clean, comfortable beds but a bit snugg for a family of four. The bathroom is very small, nowhere to even put toothbrush. It's okay for a very short stay only.
The location right by Vondelpark is fantastic. Having highly popular, quality cafes so close by is a major plus. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the museum area. The rooms are renovated and spotlessly clean. Staying in a historic building makes it wonderful for truly experiencing the Amsterdam atmosphere.
AC & Amenities: There was no air conditioning in our room (apparently available in some rooms, so please check during booking). The fridge wasn't working at first, but the staff resolved it very promptly.
Staff & Communication: The receptionists were strictly bound by rules, and we felt their communication could have been more flexible and welcoming.
Digital Check-in: The digital reception is a very stylish tech feature, but due to connection speed issues, it wasn't as user-friendly as expected.
Love the era of this building and the location next to the park was beautiful and easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were friendly at check in and using the digital check out was easy. Treats in the hallway lobby space and good communication.
We were placed in the lower ground deluxe room which was no issue with the small lift to get bags in and out. However the lovely window did look out onto a nice courtyard, but this meant other guests and staff were walking past to put bikes away or do washing. There won’t any blinds or sheers just block out curtains, so it meant in the heatwave we experienced it was very hot and with no privacy. Also no AC or fan!
Also worth noting and it is probably due to the older building, but the shower took a long time to drain water away and could have been at risk of flooding the bathroom. Overall still a good stay, everything else was presented beautifully.

A localização é excelente! Ao lado do Vondelpark, próximos aos museus, de bons restaurantes/padarias, próximo de transportes públicos e dos museus. Equipe muito atenciosa! As duas recepcionistas que nos atenderam, foram gentis, são excelentes! Os meninos da limpeza muito gentis também.
Qualquer pessoa que já esteve em um hotel 3 estrelas sabe que o Adams não é um 3 estrelas. Apesar dos funcionários serem muito gentis, a classificação do hotel foi frustrada, uma vez que não oferece a qualidade descrita. A limpeza é ruim, pia minúscula do banheiro e a luz do banheiro acende e apaga sozinha.

Merveilleux séjour ! On se sent accueilli par des amis chez eux. ! La maison est belle, juste devant le magnifique Vondelpark qu'au printemps devient un lieu d'enchantement Le quartier est sublime ..Le plus beau d'Amsterdam. La chambre lumineuse ,spacieuse ...Finalement, j'étais triste d'une seule chose....Devoir partir.. Je recommande vivement cette maison accueillante. Je reviendrai avec joie !
I had a pleasant stay at Adam’s Museum House during my visit to Amsterdam. The location is very convenient—while it’s not right in the city center, it’s close to a tram station, making it easy to reach central areas in about 10 minutes.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated that they stored our luggage when we arrived early in the morning and later transferred it to our room once it was ready.
The only downsides were that the bathroom was quite small, and the door lock was not functioning properly, which could be improved.

Top Lage, gemütliches Bett und vor unserem Fenster haben abends und morgens die Vögel gezwitschert. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, mit einem netten Kaffee gleich gegenüber. Ein Highlight ist auf jeden Fall auch die Lage zum Vondelpark. Es war Ende Mai sehr heiß und der Park sorgte für gut Schatten und etwas Abkühlung. Eine gute Idee wäre noch, wenn die Unterkunft Picknickdecken zum Ausleihen hätte. Personal war zwar da aber sehr zurückhaltend, hat für uns aber gut gepasst.
