Lovely looking place with attentive staff. The rooms are on the small side
Pros:

It’s boutique hotel which I like - it’s stylish and the location was stylish too

Cons:

I moved rooms because there was a problem with the toilet and no hanging or drawer space for my clothes. The alternative room was better.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Staff was excellent as well!
Pros:

The location was excellent, room was excellent, nice and bright and the shower was incredible. Bathroom a bit on the small side but it was workable!

good enough.
Pros:

cute and characteristic house in great location super convenient. Easy check in and out and luggage retrieval.

Cons:

Not very sound proof and the bathroom in cozy room on lowest floor is really tight. The water tap was too big and too deep for the small bowl sink plus the shower doesn’t drain well at all.
Otherwise it’s good.

Cute and well located but with uncomfortable bedding and way too hot at night
Pros:

The staff was very nice, the place is cute and the candy and flavored water at the entrance

Cons:

The room was very hot despite the aircon. the sheets where too hot and the pillows of poor quality and uncomfortable. Also you can hear anything, I could hear my neighbors talking. I had a very bad night

Very convenient location for a tourist, close to a lot of museums and an amazing park. Stuff was friendly and did their best to solve issues promptly.

Cons:

The room was rather dirty, there were dust bunnies all over the floor. Also when I just checked in, the electric socket in the bathroom was torn out of the wall (this was, however, solved rather quickly). The room was also very hot at first (even though it was below 20 degrees outside). This, too, was solved quickly - they opened a window in my room; however, as the room was on the ground floor, I had some security concerns that they did it while I was out and the window was wide open the entire day.

Pros:

Struttura nuova e ben arredata. Letto comodo. Personale gentile. Vicino solo alla zona dei musei. Molto distante dal centro.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto e pagato con vista giardino e sono stata messa sottoterra, al piano della sala macchine e la vista era sul pavimento del giardino. Inoltre sono stata svegliata alle 8.00 da rumori persistenti provenienti dalle stanze adiacenti (staff). I muri sono sottilissimi e si sente tutto. Cuscini troppo alti sul letto. Scomodissimi.

Pros:

Excelente, pegada al parque en una zona muy tranquila. Es cierto que hay que caminar para llegar al centro de Amsterdam pero para nosotros que nos gusta caminar fue buenísima. Nos encantó.
