Good experience for price.I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff was helpful & friendly. Hotel had recently been remodeled. Room, restroom & restaurant were very clean. Value for price was good.

Cons:

I believe it was an ac filter that was rattling & made a noise.

Pros:

The room was clean. Some staff were nice.

Cons:

Minimal parking. I went to an event and when I came back , I was told I had to park outside due to the lack of additional parking spaces. I know it’s not the staffs fault, but the night manager couldn’t find a solution for me. It was a it is what it is situation. Unacceptable for this type of hotel. If it wasn’t for that I would have been satisfied

Quality of service needs work.
Pros:

The property is nice and located centered to everything I was going for. The room is small but clean. The rooms are very dark. The gentleman that helped us with the luggage was very welcoming and polite.

Cons:

No WiFi service for over 50% of the time we were there, no signal on the tv and unable to connect to Netflix etc due to WiFi not working, I was told it was because the hotel was at max capacity and this was affecting the service. The first night I called to report it they told me to turn off the tv and wait 10mins then turn it back on which I did and it didn’t work, I called again and they said do the same but wait a couple hours before turning it back on, they just didn’t want to deal with it. The receptionist, a young male that checked us in was very rude, that was the first impression we got from the hotel. Not a single smile, he seemed like he didn’t want to be there.
