Okay for a one night stay in a good location of assisi.
Pros:

Hotel is good for one night stay in a good location at the bottom of the hill

Cons:

rooms windows felt so enclosed and barely had any natural light, breakfast was very basic and the breakfast area was very worn and needs updating although the toilets looked newly refurbished.

Great Stay in Assisi
Pros:

Place was fantastic in great location in middle of Assisi. One of best views in area. Rooms were great with a lot of nice touches. Breakfast was great. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner one night and it was fantastic. Staff was very fun and accommodating as well.

Per quanto ho pagato mi sono sentita presa in giro. L’unica cosa positiva è che il personale è davvero gentile.
Pros:

Lo staff era gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Cons:

Esperienza pessima rispetto al prezzo caro dell’hotel ch e dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle, struttura inadeguata e da evitare. Soffitto della doccia è alto solo 165 cm, rendendo impossibile stare in piedi e costringendo a lavarsi da seduti, il che fa dubitare che la stanza sia a norma. L'aria condizionata è bloccata: non si può regolare la temperatura dalla camera e ogni volta bisognava chiamare la reception anche solo per alzare o abbassare i gradi. A livello di igiene e sicurezza la situazione è pessima: le tende puzzavano di vecchio e marcio, mentre per aprire la finestra in alto bisognava arrampicarsi su piccoli scalini rialzati con un serio rischio di cadere. Infine, la colazione è imbarazzante, dato che il cappuccino incluso è solo quello della macchinetta con latte in polvere artificiale, mentre per averne uno normale bisognava pagarlo a parte come extra. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è pessimo e non ci tornerò mai più.

Abbastanza piacevole per gli alloggi -piacevolissimo per arte e monumenti
Pros:

La posizione , il personale in reception all'arrivo, i materassi comodi . La pizza del ristorante il Duomo ,la consiglio anche se solo di passaggio , ottima ,veramente buona , sottile ,croccante .

Cons:

Il parcheggio dovrebbe essere gratis, più attenzione alla pulizia , ho trovato nell'armadio delle cose del precedente cliente e l'interno della caraffa sporco di incrostazioni ,in più lo stesso non era presente nella seconda camera prenotata,in una delle camere mancava la coperta nell'armadio , cè poca luce naturale per via di una sola finestra in alto. Il televisore è piccolo e non smart , poi cè una sola presa per televisore e caraffa ,per usare uno devi staccare l'altro . I cuscini troppo alti per quanto mi riguarda , i prodotti in bagno un set per due pochi,per essere un 4 stelle non c'erano ne pettini , ne spazzolini ,ne ciabatte , nella seconda camera doccia troppo piccola .
