not much worked. microwave and TV were not working. frig had no shelves.

Nothing. I stayed for less than an hour because, upon entering the room, I immediately found excessive mold, water damage, and bugs in the mattress seams.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent hotel stay booked through your platform.
The property was in an extremely poor condition and presented serious hygiene concerns. The hotel lobby and hallways constantly smelled of marijuana, there was visible dirt and debris outside my room, the washroom was unclean upon arrival, and several areas of the room appeared poorly maintained, including broken fixtures, cracked walls, dust accumulation, and damaged mirrors.
I contacted customer support during my stay, but I do not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Additionally, when discussing the matter with the hotel owner, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior rather than assistance.
This experience caused significant inconvenience during an important trip for my convocation, and I would appreciate a thorough review of this complaint and guidance on an appropriate resolution.
Nothing like about this property
Smell of the room. I think the bed and bed sheet didn’t clean yet and everything are so bad. I don’t recommend this place to everyone.

Non-smoking rooms has intense smoke smell. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. They should pay you to spend the night there. Holes in ceiling. My desk had 3 legs. Dirty. The only reason I stayed is because it was so late.
