Napoles es como estar en mi casa
Pros:

Tanto el hotel como su ubicacion y servicios respondieron a mis expectativas: buscaba un lugar bueno, limpio y con desayuno que me permitiera disfrutar de la ciudad. El personal siempre atento y correcto.

Cons:

Las instalaciones podrian mejorarse bastante... los detalles colaboran tambien en la eleccion de los hoteles.

We are staying at Hotel Nuovo Rebecchino for the second time now, which already says a lot about how satisfied we are. The reception staff, especially the male receptionists, are extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any question or request.

The food is excellent – tasty, varied, and plentiful, and the entire hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained, which is especially important to us.

The location is simply perfect. Everything is within easy reach – the train station, the port, the historic city center, and many attractions, making it very easy and enjoyable to explore Naples.

If we return to Naples again, we will without any doubt choose Hotel Nuovo Rebecchino once more. We warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, excellent service, and a great location.

Recomiendo el hotel es céntrico, amables personal, habitación fría y perfecta para verano
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo genial, el personal súper atentos y amables en general tanto recepción como en el lugar de desayuno. Amplio y cómodas camas en este verano súper bien y confort con el aire acondicionado . El agua de duche súper agradable

Разположенишето на хотела до главната гара и транспортните връзки към него. Стаята бе просторна. Нощният рецепционист бе учтив. В близост до хотела има много магазини.

Cons:

Рецепцията на двена смяна не беше усмихната. Стаята не беше почистена - подът беше мръсен, чаршафите за четири нощувки не бяха сменени, освен кърпите. Много остаряла материална база - мухъл в банята стари мивки, душ кабини, легла, мебели, телевизор. Цената не съответства на качеството. Бях резервирал стая с балкон, но ми предоставиха стая без балкон.

Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof, viele Ziele sehr gut erreichbar, Personal war sehr nett.

Die Ausstattung, sehr viel im Zimmer war kaputt, die Duschbrause ( man konnte nicht richtig duschen), DuscheArmatur sowie auch die Duschkabiene war kaputt, das Fenster/Balkontür war kaputt so das es immer wieder auf ging, die Klobrille passte nicht zu Toilette da viel zu klein, Badtür war kaputt und mit breitem Isolierband beklebt, das Doppebett war aus zwei verschiedenen Betten zusammengeschoben so das es immer wieder auseinander ging, an der Decke waren die Leisten kaputt, Teppich voller Flecken, Zimmertür konnte man nicht richtig verschließen, Klospüler war kaputt und mit breitem Klebeband notbedürftig beklebt. Frühstück elend, Wurst, Käse nicht gekühlt, Butter war zerschmolzen und wieder gekühlt serviert, Saftmaschiene völlig verschmutzt und nicht komplett funktionsfähig.

Bon emplacement et chambres étroites, climatisation très bonne surtout avec la chaleur à Naples.
Personnel bien accueillant sauf un petit soucis avec le réceptionniste qui n’était plus accueillant.
