Close to the station; clean
The towel hooks are not effective, then a towel falls onto the toilet brush.
Central location with walking distance to many places. A personal welcoming atmosphere with service-minded staff.
There was no bar in the hotel lobby, only a limited assortment of drinks from cans/bottles bought in the reception.

No soundproof rooms, very noisy, waking up earlier than planned due to noise at the corridor and next rooms

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzeldi, tam merkezdeydi. Tren garının hemen ön sokağında kalıyor. Biz otele havaalanından taksi ile geldik ama tren ile de gelebilirsiniz. Bulunduğu konum gerçekten çok merkezi. Tivoli bahçelerine 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik, her sabah taze taze şeyler yedik. Odamız çok temizdi ve ayrıca otelde sigara içme yasağının bulunmasına bayıldık, hiç bir yerde sigara kokusu duymuyorsunuz. Banyolarda yerden ısıtma bulunması ayrıca hoşumuza giden bir detay oldu. Resepsiyon ve otel personeli her zaman güler yüzlüydü. Ne zaman istesek yardımcı oldular. Otelin ücretsiz interneti de çok hızlıydı.
Staff were friendly, we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room which was brilliant, amazing view, clean and tidy and a stones throw away from central station. The location is fantastic and very close to everything, including Tivoli Gardens - would absolutely stay here again!
