Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Toller Pool mit Garten und nur durch eine Straße (Zugang über Brücke) zum Meer entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer seitlich und Blick aufs Meer.
Ein ganz großes Lob an die tolle Rezeptionistin, leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht. Sie sprach ein klein wenig Deutsch. So ein herzlicher Empfang, da kann man sich nur Wohl fühlen.

All good in general, lobby and restaurant was nice and spacious. Breakfast is also good.
Parking space was very tight. Pricing policy was a bit weird, i booked in advance and i payed more than my friend that booked few days before. I asked for an upgrade sea view but it was not possible.
Super hôtel à Cannes à proximité des plages et des commerces . Personnel très gentil et sympathique.

Nous avions choisi le Radisson à Cannes pour passer un week-end avec mon mari et, honnêtement, j’ai profondément regretté ce séjour.
Commençons par l’emplacement : l’accès à la plage est loin d’être exceptionnel et la plage en face de l’hôtel est franchement décevante. Quant à l’espace piscine, il est particulièrement cheap pour un établissement de ce standing : une toute petite piscine, constamment remplie d’enfants qui hurlent, entourée de fausse pelouse. Rien à voir avec ce qu’on peut attendre d’un hôtel à ce prix.
Le parking est en plus payant, et cher, alors que le prix de la chambre est déjà très élevé.
Mais le pire reste la chambre. À notre arrivée, on nous a simplement donné les clés sans même nous accompagner et nous aider à porter nos valises (c’est censé être la base même dans des hôtels de niveau de standing inférieur - question de politesse) !!!
. Nous avons découvert que nous avions été installés dans une chambre PMR, sans aucune explication. Surtout, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. En plein été, la chambre était littéralement irrespirable. Je me suis réveillée en pleine nuit, en sueur, incapable de dormir.
À 3 heures du matin, nous avons finalement dû déménager de chambre parce qu’il était impossible de rester dans ces conditions. Et, évidemment, personne ne nous a accompagnés jusqu’à la nouvelle chambre. Le lendemain, on nous a proposé de changer à nouveau de chambre. Mais si l’hôtel savait dès le départ qu’il y avait un problème avec le système de climatisation, pourquoi nous avoir attribué cette chambre ?
Les excuses ont été très brèves au regard du dérangement et de la déception occasionnés. En guise de geste commercial, le parking nous a été offert, il nous restait la somme de 22 € à régler en déduction en nos consommations de nourriture et de boisson. Je pense qu’ils auraient pu l’offrir vu l’enfer passé…
Pour le prix payé, je trouve cela franchement honteux.
