Pros:

The location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Parking right outside. Breakfast was good. Good value for money. We had a problem with a/c, called reception and they fixed it.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small. Pillows were a bit flat.

Tra arte e fede un riposo in comodo hotel!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto soprattutto la tranquillità del luogo, la vicinanza con Orvieto, facilmente raggiungibile sia con l' auto, che con i mezzi pubblici, e gli spazi: molto ampi (scale, corridoio, ascensore, camera ...).

Cons:

La piccola chiesa un po' trascurata....questo hotel in passato era un seminario, ecco perché è presente una cappella, che se ben valorizzata, potrebbe diventare un punto di forza....

Pros:

We spent one night in this hotel while we wanted to visit Orvieto. Staff was very helpful with the advice, how to reach the old town and what to see ... The hotel itself is in a quiet suburb, with lots of parking place. Room for 3 was ok; nice and clean, beds were confortable. Breakfast was great, with unusually high variety (for italian standards ...) and with excellent cakes and coffee. However the place will need "some love and attention" soon. It's older, but still does the job for one night.

Posizione buona, consigliato per un weekend e per chi non ha grandi pretese
Pros:

Posizione buona a pochi minuti in auto da Orvieto, vicini primari servizi come il centro commerciale, supermercato Lidl, banche etc.
La struttura in sé è un po' Vintage, abbiamo fatto un veloce weekend perciò serviva solo come punto d' appoggio per dormire. Buona la colazione. Camera climatizzata,

Cons:

Come dicevo sopra la struttura è un po' datata, vista la posizione ed il terreno attorno ha delle ottime potenzialità, Indubbiamente andrebbe riqualificata/rimodernata. La camera ha arredo vintage lo avevo letto nelle recensioni, nella nostra stanza 301 il frigo è da sostituire anche se le bibite si sono mantenute abbastanza fresche. Box doccia rotto da cambiare.
