Sometimes things need to get ugly before they get pretty ! Our guests are at the heart of all the decisions we make, and your comfort during this period has our priority. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great hotel easy for the tube and sight seeing bus a few mins walk right next to Kensington and Hyde park
Pros:

Easy and convenient now has air con which jt didn’t previously!

Cons:

The bath towels are far too small there is some work being done but not in evening early morning.

Tesis hem konum olarak hem de yenilenmiş odaları açısından harika bir yer. Biz çevresini gezmekten turistik yerlere vakit ayıramadık. Yürümesi çok keyifli bir konumda. Bir çok farklı metro durağına yakın bu nedenle istediğiniz yere gitmek çok kolay. Rezervasyon yaptırırken tadilat olması beni tedirgin etmişti ama beni rahatsız eden hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadım gayet keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Deskte çalışan tüm ekibe de çok teşekkür ederim herhangi bir sorumda ya da sorunumda bana hep destek oldular. Ağustosta londraya gittiğimde tekrar burada konaklayacağım o denli tavsiyemdir

Worst travel experience ever, never choose this hotel since they are misinforming you
Cons:

The worst experience ever, they opened under renovation rooms to booking and dont inform you about that until you pay and/or arrive at the hotel. All personnel was rude and no peacemaker, never trying to solve any dispute we had, arrogant personnel saying to us we can do whatever we want -

The location was excellent, the housekeeping service was good, and the in-room coffee machine was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing maintenance during my visit, and only one elevator was available to serve all seven floors because the others were out of service. The maintenance work was also very noisy and caused significant discomfort throughout my stay.

After I made the reservation, I received an email informing me that maintenance work was taking place in the building. However, the payment had already been charged, and I was unable to modify or cancel my booking.

In addition, the air conditioning in my room stopped working on the first night. It was a very hot day, and I was informed that it could not be repaired until the following day. There was no alternative room available for me to stay in that night. The staff told me that they would provide a fan, but it never arrived during my entire stay.

The next day, I went to the reception desk to report the issue again and request that the air conditioning be repaired. The problem was eventually resolved by the end of the following day.

Another inconvenience was that there was no telephone in the room, making it difficult to contact the reception whenever assistance was needed.

Overall, these issues had a negative impact on my stay and experience at the hotel.

Duur verblijf voor ondermaatse kamer.
Pros:

De ligging is heel aangenaam en bevindt zich in een goeie buurt aan de overkant van Hyde Park. Er zijn ook heel wat eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand van het hotel.
Ook het ontbijt was lekker voor een schappelijke prijs naar Londense normen.

Cons:

Een kamer in het hotel is best duur. Wij kregen een kamer op het gelijkvloers in een verlaten gang. Er waren ook werken bezig in het hotel waardoor we telkens door de werken moesten om naar onze kamer te gaan. De kamer was compleet verouderd: brokken en voeging uit de vloer in de badkamer, schimmel in de badkamer, ... een paar uur na het douchen kwamen er babykakkerlakken uit de spleten van de vloer. In de kamer zelf lag het tapijt los, airco en tv werkten niet. Het onderhoudspersoneel had zijn best gedaan om alles proper te maken, maar dit was tevergeefs.
Ook door het raam konden we niks zien: een stelling met bakstenen.

Recepção (principalmente um funcionário chamado Nash) não é nada educado .
Pros:

Na realidade não gostei da acomodação, o hotel está em obras, minha janela tinha um plástico branco cobrindo o vidro que não me permitia ver a parte externa, além disso tinha um andaime montado em frente a janela.
