A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel good location and close to underground station.
Arrived in room to an empty shampoo bottle lying on the floor. Cleaner had been twice during our stay and it remained there and cleaner also took all of our towels and toilet roll and did not replace. Every-time we got a shower the whole bathroom would flood into the room even with the shower door closed.
We didn't have breakfast, hotel was very clean and tidy location was perfect.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, un sector muy tranquilo y a la vez cerca de todo. La habitación era muy espaciosa, en un segundo piso mirando a la calle, en la parte aún NO remodelada, pero no nos afectó en nada porque casi no hacían ruido en los horarios en los que estábamos en el hotel. Afuera de la ventana habían cosas de construcción, pero igual entraba luz natural, que era lo que me importaba a mi.Baño amplio, con tina y secador de pelo. A 2 cuadras de estación de metro Queensway y a 3 de estación Bayswater. Comercio cerca, hervidor con café, té, leche y azúcar en la habitación. Personal amable, pudimos hacer el check in un poco antes ( que lo agradecimos mucho después de 26 horas de viaje entre vuelos y aeropuertos) y nos cuidaron las maletas en el hotel algunas horas después del check out. Volvería sin dudarlo( andaba con mi hijo de 9 años y se sintió muy seguro en el sector y feliz con las ardillas del parque que está al lado)
Por decir algo…Se nos echó a perder el aire acondicionado al tercer día, pero nos buscaron una solución alternativa rápidamente. Y que la habitación es con alfombra, aunque la aspiraban diariamente.
This was a great hotel. Yes it was having renovations but it really didn't hinder our stay. The staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fab. Location was perfect.
We didn't find anything that we didn't like.

The lift situation was abysmal. Only one lift was working and it was always full of people. Upon arrival and departure we took around 40 mins each time just to be able to use the lift just to deliver the luggage only, as we ended up using the stairs.
Beliggenheten og viben de jobber seg mot for hotellet og atmosfæren.
Personalet var ikke spesielt imøtekomne, slik at man ikke fikk noen smil eller hei når man kom inn i resepsjonen/på vei ut. Virket mer opptatte av hverandre eller datamaskinen. Også lite profesjonelt å stå bak en gjest og veldig tydelig sjekke de ut mens man lager grimaser.

L'emplacement au pied du parc était parfait, l'hôtel était très calme le petit déjeuner généreux. Le mur de lumière reproduit un effet de lumière naturelle très agréable malgré la chambre en -2. Le personnel a trouvé une solution à notre problème de température
La chaleur dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel en général, il à fallu demander à plusieurs reprises pour que quelqu'un vienne règler le problème et la seul solution qu'ils ont trouvé étai un ventilo, en soit ils ont répondu à notre besoin mais la nuit à été plus agitée à cause du bruit du ventilo. Le lit est légèrement inconfortable car très dur.
