Sometimes things need to get ugly before they get pretty ! Our guests are at the heart of all the decisions we make, and your comfort during this period has our priority. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Group Reservations Policy:
Bookings of six (6) rooms or more are classified as group reservations and are subject to separate Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of such a booking, our Group Reservations Department will contact the guest to outline the applicable procedures and request confirmation of the group terms. Failure to comply with or accept these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Je recommande l’hôtel, mais prenez une chambre avec une fenêtre, c’est toujours plus agréable.

Cet hôtel était super ! La prochaine fois que nous retournerons à Londres, il est fort probable que l’on y séjourne jour à nouveau. C’était propre, confortable. Le personnel était accueillant. L’hôtel est beau. Les chambres sont jolies. Il y a le matériel nécessaire. L’hôtel est très bien placé grâce à ça, ça a facilité tous nos déplacements dans cette grande ville. C’est un beau quartier qui plus est, juste à côté du parc. Top !

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avions pris la chambre sans fenêtre, la prochaine fois, nous ne ferons pas cette erreur. Mais c’est bien si on veut y séjourner pour un prix un peu plus abordable (je parle de la chambre sans fenêtre). Le seul petit bémol était que l’eau du robinet à Londres n’est pas bonne, donc il fallait acheter des bouteilles à l’hôtel ou dehors si on en voulait car elles n’était pas fournies, mais c’était surtout la douche qui fuyait sur le sol de la salle de bain. Heureusement, il prévoyait toujours des serviettes par terre qu’ils venaient changer tous les jours. Peut-être aussi la lumière autour du miroir que j’aurais bien voulu qu’il y ai, je me maquillais souvent pendant mon séjour, et j’aurais aimé avoir une lumière plus forte venant de l’arrière du miroir, hormis ça tout allait parfaitement bien.

Ubicación perfecta. Zona tranquila, a pocos minutos de estaciones de metro y bus. Además de supermercados, pubs y restaurantes.

Personal muy atento

Cons:

Los dos últimos días no tuvimos aire acondicionado. Nos dijeron que no tenía solución ya que por la alta demanda por elevadas temperaturas las instalaciones no tenían la presión necesaria. Nos facilitaron varios ventiladores e intentaron arreglarlo en varias ocasiones.

Al ser un sótano se notaba aún más la falta de aire acondicionado.

Мы жили в обновленном по дизайну номере. Он свеженький, чистенький, приятный декор, паркет. Вобщем, визуальное впечатление и размер конкретно нашей комнаты были отличные. Кроме того, супер расположение - рядом с Гайд Парком.

Cons:

Во-первых, нас никто не предупредил о том, что в отеле идет ремонт - и фасада, и номеров. На наших окнах были леса, видно было только леса:)
Во-вторых, категорически маленькая и неудобная ванная комната. В душе нет герметичной двери, вода вытекает на пол, все становится мокрым и пр.

El aire acondicionado perdía agua, la cama estaba estropeada, no cambiaban las sábanas, lo que aparece en la foto no tiene nada que ver con lo que es, nos pusieron en una planta subterránea que no tenía ventanas ni nada para airear el cuarto, aparte de que estaban en obras y olía fatal y no se nos avisó.
