Comfortable stay, friendly staff, convenient location for visiting Venice
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two adults and two children.
The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options.
The staff was kind, welcoming and helpful including assisting us with the bus tickets.
The bus station to Venice is very close to the hotel.

Cons:

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was not particularly appealing, and I would not feel entirely comfortable returning by bus late at night.
The restaurant was pleasant and served good food, but the service was quite slow.

Zentrale Lage, Bushaltestelle war gleich an der Straße ca. 3-5min zu Fuß. Ideal um Venedig zu erkunden.

Personeel was super behulpzaam. Na een nacht rijden kwamen we om 10:00 aan. We vroegen of we alleen even onze koffers alvast konden stallen, maar de kamer was al klaar en daar mochten we meteen in. Konden we even wat slaap inhalen. Ook de zoektocht naar de tandarts hebben ze voor ons geregeld, ze hebben er een aantal gebeld voor ons en de situatie uitgelegd, dat was heel fijn.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel est exceptionnelle
Pros:

Le personnel était d’une immense gentillesse et nous ont aidé pour les déplacements vers Venise et vers l’aéroport. Ils nous ont accommodés puisque nous arrivions plus tôt. Gros coup de coeur pour le déjeuner!
