Perfect location for visiting Venice without the hassle of parking in Venice
Pros:

The room was large and clean and we checked in early which was great. Parking is free and public transportation to Venice is across the street ao it was perfect. We were allowed to leave our luggage and car in the lot after check out which was great and returned to pick up everything and drive the to airport. Perfect location for visiting Venice without the hassle of parking in venice and easy access to the airport/highway. Breakfast was nice.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel with easy access to Venice using the bus just outside on the main road. Return tickets were cheap and could be purchased at the hotel reception.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Maestre, was aber kein Nachteil ist, sondern für uns perfekt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, man kommt prima hin und das Hotel liegt ruhig. Der Bus nach Venedig (Piazzale Roma) hält vor der Türe. So kommt man bequem und ohne Umsteigen in die Lagunenstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Es funktioniert alles auch das Bad ist schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist üppig und lässt nichts vermissen. wir warn nun schon zum zweiten Mal für mehrere Tage da und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das fällt mir nichts ein, was negativ aufgefallen wäre.

We came just for a single night as it was close to Venice.
Free and convenient parking for a van car. Very close to public tranportation.
The staff was very kind.

Cons:

We had two rooms, both were small with a very tiny and unmaintained showers (missing floor tiles)
