Horribly overpriced for a casita with no view, weak AC, no parking, and absolutely no privacy. Room wasn’t ready at 4:30 but guaranteed at 4:00. Many others in the same situation. Front desk staff had attitude due to the high stress of everyone pissed off at rooms not ready.
Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful staff in the Grandview and the Rocks lounge. Spacious bathroom with separate vanity and double sinks. Ideal brunch/breakfast location on the outside patio area
Loved the location. We had an amazing view of red rocks - kissing camels from our room. Amazing sunrise colors. Also loved the breakfast setting at outdoor tables in Grand View as well as the Spa experience . Highly recommend this resort.
Beautiful views of the mountains with an attentive staff and comfortable accommodations. We traveled with 2 couples and enjoyed their casita set-up. Wonderful place to view and play golf at The Kissing Camels.
It was a horrendous experience. There were mistakes with our reservation on their end at check in. And then on top of that, our AC was not working and there was little attempt to fix it. There was NO followup when I told them AC still doesn’t work.
There’s no attempt from the staff to improve our comfort. We had a six month old with us and yet it did not matter. They had no interest in making our visit better. I cannot believe it’s 600 bucks a night for a room in this hotel and this is the type of treatment you received with their staff. I would never ever go there again.
I spent 2 nights with a friend. The views from the property are unbeatable. The rooms elegant and modern. Service was impeccable.. Food fantastic. The spa service was divine. I truly can’t say enough!
Pair this place with the usual amazing Colorado weather and this is a no brainer! If you choose to be in Colorado Springs for your trip and want to treat yourself and don’t mind the price tag, it won’t disappoint!
Food was marginal and not what would be expected of a resort of this class and price point. Front Desk staff was inconsistent, gave wrong directions to room, gave wrong # of room keys requested. Room was fine - as expected.
I loved everything about it. The views were spectacular, the location was great, and the staff was exceptional.
We had a great one‑night stay at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club. Our Casita (2 bedrooms 1 king and 2 queens) was comfortable, and I really appreciated that the staff made sure we had RV parking right next to our room. That convenience alone made our stay even better.
Check‑in was smooth and easy, and throughout our visit the staff treated us like VIPs. Communication was outstanding and they even checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The door host, valet team (from our room to Grandview and back), and front desk staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful.
We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fireplace in the evening and again early in the morning, especially with the nice breezy weather. Having the creek right beside the Casita added a peaceful touch, and the sound of the water made the setting feel even more serene. Walking around the property was also a highlight as we spotted wild rabbits and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping along with the incredible views of Garden of the Gods and the surrounding mountains.
At the Grandview Restaurant, the views were absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive and courteous during both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was great for all of us, though dinner was just okay—we simply wished there were more menu options available.
Departure was quick and convenient. The front desk let us know we didn’t need to check out in person, which made leaving hassle‑free.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and if we return to Colorado Springs, we will definitely stay at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club again.
We had the best time with the absolute best view overlooking the garden of the gods. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. Would highly recommend staying here
We came here for just one night and day and we will be back! The property is beautiful and well kept. The lodge room was clean, comfy, private, quiet, with amazing views and great furnishings. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. At sunrise we went to the park, a ten minute drive. The restaurant and pool were lovely with great service. It was a wonderful little getaway.
The views are incredible and staff are excellent
Shame the kids couldn’t be in the infinity pool with a view but not a big deal.
Dinner was special, our wait staff London
Treat us well
More time to spend
I was so excited to spend a vacation with my husband, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived.
After traveling all day, the hotel sent us a message asking what time we would arrive. When we checked in, however, our room still wasn't ready. The following day, I watched several other guests waiting more than an hour for their rooms as well, which suggested poor planning on the hotel's part.
I expected exceptional service, but that wasn't our experience. We had to make three trips to the front desk because our room keys repeatedly didn't work. At the pool, staff members spent more time standing around talking with each other rather than assisting guests.
At 5:00 a.m., the guests in the room above us were making so much noise that it woke me from a deep sleep. I called both the front desk and housekeeping, hoping someone could ask them to quiet down, but no one answered either phone.
Dining at Grand View was equally frustrating. We had a long wait for lunch, and after our food arrived, it took even longer just to get someone's attention for an additional request.
I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews. In fact, if you look at my other reviews, you'll see they're overwhelmingly positive because I prefer to recognize businesses that provide great service. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. The hotel has a beautiful property, but the level of customer service needs significant improvement to match it.
The view from the resort rooms, pool, workout facility, meeting rooms and restaurants is extraordinary. I have many memorable photos. The light changes and it is magnificent in a different way. Get a balcony with a view of the Garden of the Gods. We not only saw those rocks ablaze at sunrise, we saw mule deer and a rabbit from our perch. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and immaculate. Service is outstanding. I want to go again and again.
Garden of the Gods Resort is easily one of the nicest resorts that we have stayed at around the world. It’s pretty hard to beat waking up to that view everyday! From the helpful staff to above average sized rooms we would struggle to fault our week visit. The resort is perfectly located for those looking to explore Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs or further afield in the state.

Nothing to fault
Beautiful Location in the Garden of the Gods. The staff were all so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The massages were delightful and the pool is georgeous. We look forward to coming back.
Kudos to concierge Sarah and front desk person Lucas for going the extra mile for me and my family. From accommodating early check in requests, to the birthday items, to cheerfully providing prompt valet throughout the property - your efforts were noted and your professionalism appreciated.
It was unfortunate that the A/C went out in the guest cottage suite - we reported several times however the issue was not fixed prior to check out. Appreciate the room credit - comping the one night stay was the right thing to do however it would have been better to have the facility properly maintained so that my family did not have to suffer through a hot, sleepless night with a toddler.
One inconvenience was not having enough casual, family-friendly dining options onsite that do not require a car ride. The Barista offers a very limited menu and several items were sold out during our visit
Brunch service at the Grandview Dining Room needs tightening up. We waited about 30 min for our food and noticed others sitting and waiting as well. Our server Casey moved at a snail's pace and had to be flagged down for water and other drink refills.
The king suites were clean, convenient and quiet. Housekeeping did an excellent job of servicing the rooms promptly and quietly. Views, pools, and workout facilities are top notch.
It would be good to open up the splash pad before 10am in the summer.
Thanks for a memorable family vacation!
