Rooms range from red roof inn to the ritz-
Pros:

Avoid the cottages!!! You have to walk a long distance for an old outdated room that has a view of the parking lot. You get beat up furniture, wobbly toilet, jiggling shower handle and a massive street light that lights up the bedroom at night as if you were on stage - and to make matters worse / the air conditioning broke at 2am. I switched the next day to the club which was a gorgeous room with Mountain View’s to match. Have no idea how the experience can range so dramatically.

Great Place, Incredible View
Pros:

This place is so beautiful and has the best possible view of Garden of the Gods. Everything is within about a 15-minute drive so conveniently located, and the grounds are immaculate and so well maintained and landscaped. The staff were all very professional and attentive and the room was very nice too. We ate at the Rocks Lounge a couple times and the view is incredible and food was reasonable and good. I would highly recommend this place! We traveled with two kids under 5.

Romantic anniversary getaway
Pros:

We always enjoy our stays here. The rooms are very nice and I just can't think of a better view to drink your coffee to in the morning. We are continuously impressed by the level of service and will definitely be returning. It's the perfect place for a romantic anniversary weekend.

Location and Luxury
Pros:

Stunning views, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, great location. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, plenty of lighting, huge bathrooms, huge kitchen with just about everything you need. The fitness center was good, the infinity pool was fantastic, the larger pool was also very nice. If you can swing it financially, there's no better place to stay in this area!

Superb!
Pros:

This was out 3rd stay at this Resort and it again was just perfect. The room, the view, the staff, the hotel restaurant ... all a perfect setting. The only thing: The pool area is a bit sub-standard for this kind of hotel. But with so many things to do around the Garden of the Gods who needs a pool anyway?

Great resort just needs a little more attention to detail
Pros:

The jacuzzi tub wouldn’t work in building 3180 (407-409). The screen door in main room was off its track. There were dust bunnies behind doors and there was old food stuck down in AC floor vents. Bldg 3180 Gutters were dripping long after the rain -as if clogged. We had the entire suite. A deep cleaning of the suite may be in order along with notifying if certain features like jacuzzi tub is inop. Chair on deck had hole where hornets were making a home. For the price- need to up there game on details.

Don’t - terribly overpriced
Pros:

Horribly overpriced for a casita with no view, weak AC, no parking, and absolutely no privacy. Room wasn’t ready at 4:30 but guaranteed at 4:00. Many others in the same situation. Front desk staff had attitude due to the high stress of everyone pissed off at rooms not ready.

Secret Stay in Colorado Springs

Beautiful views of the mountains with an attentive staff and comfortable accommodations. We traveled with 2 couples and enjoyed their casita set-up. Wonderful place to view and play golf at The Kissing Camels.

Awful experience
Pros:

It was a horrendous experience. There were mistakes with our reservation on their end at check in. And then on top of that, our AC was not working and there was little attempt to fix it. There was NO followup when I told them AC still doesn’t work.
There’s no attempt from the staff to improve our comfort. We had a six month old with us and yet it did not matter. They had no interest in making our visit better. I cannot believe it’s 600 bucks a night for a room in this hotel and this is the type of treatment you received with their staff. I would never ever go there again.

Absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

I spent 2 nights with a friend. The views from the property are unbeatable. The rooms elegant and modern. Service was impeccable.. Food fantastic. The spa service was divine. I truly can’t say enough!
Pair this place with the usual amazing Colorado weather and this is a no brainer! If you choose to be in Colorado Springs for your trip and want to treat yourself and don’t mind the price tag, it won’t disappoint!

Beautiful views, clean resort, marginal food
Pros:

Food was marginal and not what would be expected of a resort of this class and price point. Front Desk staff was inconsistent, gave wrong directions to room, gave wrong # of room keys requested. Room was fine - as expected.

Great location with an amazing view of the Garden of the Gods
Pros:

We had a great one‑night stay at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club. Our Casita (2 bedrooms 1 king and 2 queens) was comfortable, and I really appreciated that the staff made sure we had RV parking right next to our room. That convenience alone made our stay even better.

Check‑in was smooth and easy, and throughout our visit the staff treated us like VIPs. Communication was outstanding and they even checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The door host, valet team (from our room to Grandview and back), and front desk staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful.

We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fireplace in the evening and again early in the morning, especially with the nice breezy weather. Having the creek right beside the Casita added a peaceful touch, and the sound of the water made the setting feel even more serene. Walking around the property was also a highlight as we spotted wild rabbits and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping along with the incredible views of Garden of the Gods and the surrounding mountains.

At the Grandview Restaurant, the views were absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive and courteous during both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was great for all of us, though dinner was just okay—we simply wished there were more menu options available.

Departure was quick and convenient. The front desk let us know we didn’t need to check out in person, which made leaving hassle‑free.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and if we return to Colorado Springs, we will definitely stay at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club again.
