Pros:

La calidad del desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

El escandalo de platos y vasos de los camareros es impresentable en un hotel que presume de estrellas. La recepcion atendida por una chica rubita muy desagradable. El comedor lleno de chinos y niños asiaticos cuya educacion deja mucho que desear, tocando el pan y todo lo que caia en sus manos. Patetico. Y ademas hay obras enfrente que te obligan a dar un rodeo para salir de alli. Las obras van a durar mas de un año y no se te avisa. Un robo.

Thoroughly recommend Helsinki and this hotel, go and have a look. You will need 3 wholedays.
Pros:

Room perfectly clean. Hotel a little outside main city area but not an issue as main tram/bus stop/metro 300 yards away with direct links to city centre, also we love using trams anyway

Cons:

Temporary building site in front of hotel but we were at the back so not bothered by it all. Expect will be finished in a year or so, wouldn,t not go there because of this.

Rauhallinen huone tyylikkäässä hotellissa
Pros:

Huone oli tilava ja näköala merelle päin kiva, vaikka rannassa olikin työkoneita. Äänieristys huoneessa toimi.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli pettymys. Odotimme enemmän tämän tason hotellilta. Tarjolla oli kyllä määrällisesti paljon eri vaihtoehtoja mutta laatu ei yltänyt Hiltonin tasoon.

Muuten täydellinen vierailu kariutui ilmastoinnin puutteeseen.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja hotelli aulasta huoneeseen asti oli todella siistissä kunnossa.

Cons:

Ilmastoinnin puute oli todella pitkä miinus keskellä kesää. Jos se olisi ollut toiminnassa, niin avosana olisi ollut 9/10. Hotellihuoneen ulkopuolella rannassa ollut työmaa käynnistyi aamu seitsemältä kaivinkoneen metelöinnillä, joten nukkmisesta yli klo 7 ei tullut enää mitää. Ilmastoinnin puuttuessa ikkunaa oli pidettävä auki, joten meteli kantautui todella kovaa huoneeseen asti.

Oikein rentouttava hotelli vaikka pitempäänkin oleskeluun.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Ei erinomainen, mutta lähellä sitä. Henkilökuntaa oli riittävästi ja tuotteita oli koko ajan tarjolla.
Sauna ja allas olivat hyvät. Kuntosali oli houkuttelevan näköinen, mutta tällä kertaa en ehtinyt koettaa laitteita.
Henkilökunta oli mukavaa.

Cons:

Saunassa olisi voinut olla lukittavat lokerot tai jotakin sellaista. Huoneavaimen ja vaatteet joutui jättämään lukitsemattomaan paikkaan.
