A stylish and comfortable hotel experience in the heart of Helsinki.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and professional. Overall, the stay felt relaxing and well organized.

Cons:

Executive huone hyvä, uima-allas siisti ja henkilökunta mukavaa.

Cons:

Aamupalalle menimme klo. 10 sunnuntaina ja letut, pekoni ja piirakat ja muutama muu tuote olivat kuivuneita tai vettyneitä. Executive huoneen päätarjoilun sisältöä voisi avata tarkemmin sisäänkirjautuessa.

A hotel in a prime location in center of Helsinki.
Pros:

The hotel is located next to one of Helsinki’s canals, where construction is currently underway. Unfortunately, this causes significant noise on weekdays, although the windows are fairly well insulated. The hotel is centrally located, with all major attractions within walking distance. The room and the bed are comfortable. The breakfast selection is adequate—nothing special, but of excellent quality.
In the wellness area, the pool water temperature is perfect for swimming, and the saunas are nice and clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The place probably had its heyday about a decade ago—as evidenced by the numerous awards hanging on the walls—but it has since lost some of its luster. In the bathroom, the toilet flush sprays water on its own whenever the sink faucet is turned on. We were unable to connect to the WiFi in the room. In the wellness area, the saunas are separated by gender, so my partner and I couldn’t use them together. One morning, the wellness area was simply closed during operating hours.

Pros:

結婚50年記念と伝えておいたら、思いがけず広い部屋にしてくれた。
ベッドの上には、ファッツェルのチョコレートをハート型にしてくれ、テーブルにはスパークリングワインと手紙が用意されていました。
とてもよいお持てなしでした。
日本語のわかるスタッフがいて、食事の時に気を遣ってくれた。

Cons:

ヘアードライヤーがクローゼットの金庫の下にあり、探すことができなかった。部屋係が持ってきてくれて、部屋の中にもあることを教えてくれた。

Well located and nice hotel
Pros:

Stayed at Hilton Helsinki Strand during a family visit to Helsinki and had a good overall experience.

The location worked well for exploring the city (though it's not in the heart of the downtown) , and the Executive Lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. As a Hilton Gold member who travels internationally quite often, I also appreciated the room upgrade during our visit.

A special thank you to Tiina at the front desk for being helpful and accommodating, and Hassan at breakfast for his friendly service.

Breakfast was good, though a little simpler compared to some other Hilton properties we have stayed at internationally.

There were a few small issues during the stay, but the team handled things professionally and remained helpful throughout.

Overall, we enjoyed staying there.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location! The hotel itself is a little older, but that gives it charm. They have a gym and sauna area for relaxation. Very close to tram and buses.

We really enjoyed the breakfast! I would recommend this Hilton property to anyone coming to Helsinki!
