Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche
Pros:

Große, geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, super zentrale Lage - wir haben alles zu fuß erledigen können. Faszinierende Frühstücks-, Restaurant- und Bar-Location durch die beiden Aufzüge, welche man beobachten kann. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet - auch auch die Gluten-Gäste wurde gedacht ( die Lebensmittel befinden sich in einer gesonderten Ecke und kommen so nicht mit Gluten in Berührung) Ein toller Pool - durchgehende Tiefe 1,20m und man kann an die fische Luft gehen. Ach - irgendwie war alles toll :-)

Breakfast good but needed more gluten free bread - bread ran out . Some hotels have signage on all the foods showing symbols for GF VLactose free - it helps everyone. Staff all great. Location great. Staff very good about room preference. Very walkable area. Very safe.

Nicht berauschend, aber angenehm
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht topmodern. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, allerdings gab es nur Rühr- und Spiegelei aus der Konserve. In Finnland hatten wir das allerdings schon öfter, vielleicht ist das sogar Vorschrift. Ansonsten war die Auswahl wirklich reichhaltig und lecker. Unsere Tochter hat auch den Fitnessbereich und den Pool benutzt und war zufrieden damit. Unser Zimmer ging Richtung Innenhof und war angenehm ruhig. So weit alles in Ordnung. Die Lage ist auch gut, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Wenn man aus dem Hotel heraus links geht, läuft man direkt auf eine sehr schöne Markthalle zu. Da muss man nicht mal bis zum Kauppatori laufen.

Cons:

- Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, war freundlich, aber sehr leise. Ein bisschen mehr Stimmvolumen wäre hilfreich
- Die Matratze des Schlafsofas war viel zu dünn und unbequem
- Unser Stuhl am Schreibtisch hatte seine besten Jahre seit langem hinter sich - wir haben das beim Auschecken angemerkt und der ebenfalls freundliche Mitarbeiter wollte es weiter leiten

Spoko hotel , wielkość pokoju bardzo fajna , świetne śniadanie, pomocny staff, bardzo drogi parking.
Trafiliśmy na remont nabrzeża , więc widok niekorzystny i z rana odgłosy budowy , ale ogólna ocena pozytywna

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji.

Cons:

Wybraliśmy ten hotel z uwagi na prywatny garaż i ładowarkę do samochodu elektrycznego. Pan z recepcji nie był w stanie nam pomóc z ładowarką (był zaskoczony, że w ogóle jest na wyposażeniu parkingu). Ponadto dość mały wybór posiłków na śniadanie

Nice for short trip
Pros:

The hotel is well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. One small detail: there were no toilet brushes in the bathrooms.

Cons:

The reception staff were quite inconsistent. Some were extremely helpful and friendly, while others came across as rather arrogant and unpleasant.

We arrived with a roof box, so our car was too tall for the regular parking area. We were offered a space in the staff car park on level -1. We asked a receptionist how we were supposed to get from there into the hotel, and she told us to walk back the same way we had driven in — through the vehicle entrance — even though we had two small children and a large amount of luggage.

We continued using this route for three days. On the day of our departure, another member of staff kindly asked where our car was parked and whether we needed help with our luggage. She immediately asked a colleague to accompany us to the car park using the lift. So, for the first time during our stay, we reached the garage like proper hotel guests rather than walking through the car entrance.

Pros:

Ottima colazione, con grande varietà di prodotti sia dolci che salati.

Cons:

Camera anche se in estate troppo fredda, visto le temperature basse a Helsinki anche a luglio ( hanno fatto 12 gradi e piovuto per tanti giorni durante il nostro soggiorno)

Good location but be aware of hidden fees
Pros:

Location is great. The hotel is old but renovated well. La Cara rental is located inside the hotel which gives more advantage. They are great in their cars and services.

Cons:

The hotel charge you fees for in room dining service. They call it room delivery fees. This is very bad as you are inside the hotel and the charge delivery from a restaurant inside the hotel. The delivery fees are not clearly stated in their room services policy.

Great space and amenities next to transit
Pros:

This hotel is very well located near transit on trams or the metro. It makes this location super convenient. The larger rooms are renovated well and have space and bath amenities that are hard to find in Europe. There are better decorated hotels in Helsinki but this one hits a great balance of space, amenities and super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Обшарпаный отель. Не соответствует 5 звездам. Пыльный номер с грязными зеркалами. Отсутствие халатов и тапок. Скудный однообразный завтрак . Порошковые соки. Так называемый СПА требует генеральной чистки или ремонта. «Вишенка на торте» стройка перед входом в отель. Тяжелая техника начинает работать с 7.00 утра и даже в субботу.
