Piacevole ma costosa
Pros:

Camere carine, tende che oscuravano abbastanza bene. Colazione ottima e varia. Molto buona anche la cena.

Cons:

Ho pagato prezzo più alto x vista mare. Ma c’erano lavori e scavi quindi era proprio brutto. Ritengo non corretto far pagare un sovrapprezzo e non specificare nulla

Camera con vista baltico
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, come anche il bagno. Servizi in linea con il tipo di struttura, apprezzabile il libero accesso alla piscina e alla sauna. Colazione molto varia e di qualità, presente anche uno spazio dedicato al gluten free, senza lattosio e vegani. Il ristorante è molto carino e ampio e i piatti sono ottimi. A 10 min a piedi dalla cattedrale ma a 2/3 minuti a piedi da fermata di vari tram e bus; comunque ci si può muovere liberamente a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Vaste choix au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Travaux tout autour de l'hôtel, dommage pour la vue... mais sera sans doute superbe une fois terminé.

The pool is very small and the entire floor is very old, it seems from another era.

Disappointment
Pros:

The lifts were cool

Cons:

Building work outside so sea view was building zone view. Beds were hideously uncomfortable. Breakfast not great. Thought someone was blasting through the hotel walls halfway through the night when they restarted construction, the drilling was so loud, for a Hilton the pool was more of a puddle.

Hea asukoht- kesklinn lähedal. Personal oli viisakas ja abivalmis.

Cons:

Hotell on pisut vana ja väsinud, kulunud.. Üldjoontes kõik olemas. Parkimine hotelli maaluses parklas oli eritasu eest ja suht kallis. Arve tasumisega tekkis kohutav segadus ja tekkisid topeltarved. Hiljem saime mitu päeva selle teemaga tegeleda, et asju korda saada. Ebamugav kogemus.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel spacieux et serein.
Pros:

J'ai aimé l'hôtel, trés calme et surtout le salon avec son aspect cathédrale et sa décoration moderne un peu style 70. Notre chambre était spacieuse aussi et bien insonorisee. On avait la vue sur un plan d'eau. La salle de bain était bien aménagée. Nous avons apprécié la douchette.
Il y avait un séchoir à cheveux ainsi qu'une table et un fer à repasser, ce qui était très pratique.
Il y avait aussi un coffre et un minibar et un bon dressing pour ranger ses vêtements.
La station de bus et de tramway était juste derrière l'hôtel. La vieille ville à 15mn à pied. Le petit déjeuner, buffet, était bon. On a beaucoup aimé les pancakes.

Cons:

La faute n'incombe pas à l'hôtel mais il y avait des travaux au niveau du plan d'eau en face de l'hôtel et sur lequel donnait notre fenêtre. Mais heureusement aucun bruit.
Le ménage laissait à désirer puisque le jour de notre arrivée, il y avait une pellicule de poussière sur certaines étagères et dans certains recoins..
Il manque des tiroirs et aussi une brosse pour les toilettes.
L'eau de la piscine était très froide.. Il n'y avait pas de chaussons dans la chambre et il fallait louer les peignoirs pour aller au sauna.

Excellent hotel and very vegan/healthy eater friendly
Pros:

This is an ideally located hotel very easy to access by tram from the airport. Once there, it is easy to explore on foot or via public transportation, which is slick and easy in Finland.

The hotel itself is a bit old-school, but very comfortable. The room was great with plenty of space. As Diamonds, we received an upgrade without having to ask.

The breakfast was fantastic! We are WFPB vegan and very healthy eaters and we both loved it. Tons of fruits, salad, cooked veggies, hummus, really tasty giant beans, green smoothies with oat milk, and much more. Then the executive lounge is good too. It is small, however. But as far as food and drink, they had plenty of healthy vegetarian/vegan type of food in the evenings, then drinks and a few snacks during the day. The lady who runs this exec lounge is fantastic, she kept things well-stocked. I would just show up close to the end of the happy hour and it was always restocked. Very much appreciated!

There is also a small but really well-equipped gym that was very pleasant for a quick workout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much enjoyed exploring this amazing, organized city.

Super Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider kann man die Fenster im Zimmer nicht aufmachen und ist immer nur auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen.
