Un hôtel de luxe mais qui reste à taille humaine
Pros:

C'est la première fois que je séjournais dans un hôtel de la chaîne Hilton.. tout était parfait. La situation géographique est idéale, l'établissement est grand mais toujours à taille humaine, le personnel est adorable. Tout est fait pour qu'on passe un séjour agréable. Point bonus pour l'offre de restauration : les options vegan au petit déjeuner sont multiples et le chef m'a concocté un plat délicieux non présent sur la carte. On a même pu échanger en Français avec un employé du restaurant (Waldo) 👍🏻

Muy cuidadas las instalaciones .habitaciones cómodas. Buen entorno

Cons:

Que en ningún horario tengan personal que hablen o entiendan algo de español tratándose de un hotel de esa categoría.
El agua de la piscina fría.
El sauna lo cobran extra

Pros:

Pleasant rooms, very comfortable beds and bed linen. Good lighting in the room. Dark curtains for white nights. TV, wifi. Location is good, 5 min to metro station, tram stop nearby. Quite close to centre.

Cons:

Not possible to switch off AC.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice - quiet, excellent sleep quality. Rooms are large and comfortable. Sauna and swimming pool available and very nice. Breakfast - amazing.

Booking myy huoneita merinäkymällä kalliimmalla hinnalla kuin kaupunkinäkymällä, mutta hotelli ei kuitenkaan tätä huomio. Tämä on iso epäkohta.
Meille kävi näin, että meille annettiin huone kaupunkinäkymällä vaikka olimme maksaneet merinäkymästä kalliimman hinnan. Respassa sanoivat etteivät he näe millä näkymin määrätty huonetyyppi on meille myyty. Hyvä henkilökunta pystyi nyt onneksemme löytämään paremman huoneen ja antamaan se meille huoneen merinäkymällä.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä.

Cons:

Rannan työmaa melu, ei rakentaminen vaan olisi pitänyt mainita kyseinen haitta.
Aamiais tarjoilussa parantamisen varaa, kahvit tuotaisiin pöytiin, ettei ihmiset jonota automaatille joka ei toiminut hyvin. Osa lämpimistä ruuista oli haaleita.

Die Lage, das Frühstück war reichhaltig auch für Veganer. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte dennoch nicht immer helfen. Bad war okay.

Cons:

Die Sauna war nicht richtig warm, obwohl in Betrieb und schlucht versifft und abgeranzt. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ließ sich nicht regulieren. Das Personsl konnte nicht helfen. Es sei im ganzen Haus so. Stil abgerundeter 80iger Jahre-Schick. Preisleistung mies.

There is noisy harbour construction work right outside the hotel that you won’t be informed about
Pros:

Neither the Hilton App nor the hotel itself warned us when we parted with €1000 for a 4 night stay that there was harbour building work right outside the hotel. Having paid extra for an upgraded room with a sea view, all we actually saw was a construction site next to the water. On week day morning we were woken a 6am by enormous bangs as the builders dropped rocks into the back of a lorry.
Obviously this ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday visit to Helsinki.
The hotel have responded to my feed back with just a “sorry” which to me represents the actual care and probably why this intrusive building is never mentioned anywhere.
Bedding should have been changed every 3 days too but wasn’t.
Upon arrival in the room there were no spoons/stirrers, a dirty used mug left on the side, conditioner bottle empty in the bathroom.
Anyone planning to go here soon needs to avoid until the building work on the harbour is complete as the very early noise is unacceptable and just a shame Hilton won’t advise you of it.
