Pros:

The location was great for partying regularly and to be near the beach. I was here for both. A little sunshine and drinking before i continue my WC tour.

Cons:

AC took long to cool the room and i am thinking its because the entrance doors have a gap at the bottom of them that allows the cold air to leave out and hot air to come in.

Pros:

Propreté irréprochable !!

Très bel hôtel authentique, au cœur de Playa pour profiter pleinement.

Prêt de serviettes pour la piscine ou la plage disponible à l’accueil.

Si personne sensible au bruit, il ne faut pas réserver dans cet hôtel car Coco Bango juste à côté qui fait résonner la musique toute la nuit dans les chambres.

My husband and I are members at the Xcaret resorts however when staying in playa this may be our new favorite home away
Pros:

I lost my phone in a taxi when I arrived and Mary at the front desk helped me so much and I was able to get my phone back! The staff is helpful and courteous.
