Hotel recomendable!
Pros:

Ubicación muy buena, habitaciones comodas y limpias, el personal muy amable. Llegamos a la mañana antes de la entrada y no nos pusieron pegas por dejar las maletan guardadas.

Destacar tambien la panadería que tiene en frente (Les Amis) acercar a comer sus bocatas merece mucho la pena!!👌🏻👌🏻

Cons:

Alrededores tiene varios bares y a la noche se escucha el jaleo... Pero el hotel ofrece tapones en la habitación, asi que bien!

Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Un super accueil et une réception ouverte H24.
Une très belle chambre avec terrasse. Le coffre/ le réfrigérateur.

Cons:

La localisation : quartier très bruyant jusqu'à 3h du matin, même si le bruit est très atténué dans la chambre.
En fonction de la saison, l'odeur des sargasses en décomposition !!!

I would come back only for one night
Pros:

The location (Starbucks on the corner, restaurants, etc), the staff.

Cons:

The room has a moldy smell. The bathroom was very small (there were a place to set the soap bar). I had to take a cold shower twice because there was no hot water (it was the night before our checkout and that morning, so I don’t know if there was a problem only in my room). Unfortunately, as it was close to the beach, Sargasso smell was when stepping out of the room. A little bit noisy at night.

For all visitors in playa del Carmen: negotiate every thing you buy in the city, or choose other areas out of the Main Street (prices in general (foods, medicine, souvenirs, etc) are more expensive than California. We pay almost 300usd for a simple dinner, 7usd for a magnet, etc, medicine more expensive than Holbox)

Good location and nice rooftop. comfortable bed.

Cons:

note that the pool is around 6ft deep in all areas so not great if you’re not a super confident swimmer. Cockroaches in room. Staff made us wait until exactly 3pm to let us check in despite room being visibly ready.

Pros:

The location was great for partying regularly and to be near the beach. I was here for both. A little sunshine and drinking before i continue my WC tour.

Cons:

AC took long to cool the room and i am thinking its because the entrance doors have a gap at the bottom of them that allows the cold air to leave out and hot air to come in.
