Pouco prático e muito simples. Só para quem quiser ficar perto da estação de trem.
Pros:

Localização e gentileza dos funcionários da recepção.

Cons:

Entrada em prédio residencial ou comercial e escadas antes do elevador. É um hotel que ocupa o segundo andar de um prédio. Reservei ali pois é no mesmo prédio da Hertz onde reservei meu carro. Frigobar não funcionava. Carpete no quarto. Não é 3 estrelas!

Pros:

O hotel é super perto da estacao de trem e cômodo para se localizar por Firenze. O quarto estava super limpo, tudo bem organizado, os recepcionistas muito eficientes e amáveis. O tram passa na porta e para ir ao aeroporto é super fácil e prático. O café da manhá completo e muito bom! E ainda deixamos nossas malas guardadas em segurança durante o último dia. Muito obrigada!

Pros:

La ubicación genial. El tranvía para en la puerta para ir y llegar del aeropuerto en 20 min. y está justo al lado de la estación Santa María Novella. Silencioso . Camas cómodas (normales)

Cons:

El desayuno bastante regulero. Solo hay croissants y pan sin tostadora . Los zumos de máquina muy malos y el café igual.
Al volver al anochecer en la zona hay bastantes sin techo y grupos de gente que dan un poco de mal rollo.

我们在杏子里吃到了蜗牛，水果完全没洗干净。房屋设施老旧，各种破损，我们有图为证。我们出门一个多月，肯定要洗衣服，酒店没见提供洗衣设备和服务，我们只能手洗，手洗后晾在洗手间，结果被告知弄坏了冲凉房玻璃门上面的一点胶条，要赔偿80欧，我们不接受！那个玻璃冲凉房的胶条原来就是坏的，还不止那条，上上下下几乎都有坏，我们拍有图片和视频为证。工作人员威胁我们，第二天我们早晨退房他们要报警，要警察处理这个事情，我们让他当晚就报警，我们在酒店等他们老板和警察，但他又拒绝当晚报警，我们被他一直推脱到晚上九点多还没吃晚饭，本来对佛罗伦萨的一点好印象被破坏殆尽，严重影响旅行体验，我们要求赔偿损失！这种恶意想坑客人的酒店希望大家不要再入住！也希望booking跟进处理！

Excellent! Very comfortable room for 3 persons and room was taken care of each and every day. Great staff service and a smooth check in. Very central and all attractions within walking distance. Will surely recommend!

Pros:

Hotel is just near railway station, 10 mins by foot from the old city. No need to use taxi. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast. Wifi connection was working surprisingly fine. Room was clean, bed was cozy, no complains at all. The hotel staff was super friendly, polite and helpful.
