The location and the breakfast included were good.
Pretty run down, bad management overall. My room had multiple issues marked for repair yet they were still renting it out?
I called the front desk in order for them to call and wake me up in the middle of the night for an early flight—in the middle of TSA lines chaos—and they didn’t call… good thing I had a backup alarm on my phone.
Pretty disappointed for the rate I paid, would not recommend.
The location was perfect, but there is now a new hotel right next-door where we will definitely stay in the future.
We had a broken window in the room and were unable to regulate the room temperature, and it was a very cold day. In addition, when I opened the closet door, an unsecured full-size ironing board fell out on me. I called the desk and I put it in the corridor.
I asked the hotel for a refund, given the broken window and the unregulated room temperature, which has not happened. Needless to say, we will never stay there again. Especially with the brand new Iris next door where my son stayed and said it was exceptional.
We were a large family in town for a celebration with a block of rooms booked, and we will go to the Iris next time.
the breakfast was lovely, just disappointed that i couldn't get coffee after 10 am.
the room wasn't very clean, and wasn't cleaned while we were there. and it was super dark in the room. the heating/ac was also hard to regulate so we were either too hot or too cold.
Lobby and breakfast area were great. Breakfast menu was lovely. Elevators. The room was comfortable. Glad to have a late night place that served food across the street.
The person who helped us check in was Sean and he was very, very helpful aside from he was very friendly and very accommodating. So glad it was him who checked us in that night.
