Horrible customer service!

Cons:

My flight was late, so I called the front desk (not easy to get the number) and informed them of my revised arrival time. Upon arrival, they told me that the reservation had been cancelled by booking.com.
They could not recover the reservation, but could accommodate me at TWICE the price.
It was 2am and I was without the accommodation I had reserved and re-confirmed at 10pm that day.
The night auditor was totally unsympathetic and offered no options, other than paying double the reserved rate.
I went next door to a Courtyard.
Much nicer property and at a lower rate.

It was a disaster.
Pros:

was able to have coffee

Cons:

They gave us a room that was not cleaned. Changed it to a lower class room than I paid for. Room was missing items. Got woke up @ 1:30am because room was booked twice. Had people coming to the door early in the morning looking for people who weren't there.

Cons:

Pros:

The location geographically as far as being able to handle my business. The second room on the third night is what all the rooms should be like.

Cons:

I took several photos of the first room, dirty carpet, scratched up walls, broken recliner, stopped up son, second hand looking furniture and the iron ruined my shirt as it had something sticky melted on it i couldn't see. Also the desk attendant had on a shirt that looked like it was in his pocket balls up all night before he put it on. Terrible biz. Third night, they double booked my room Ana twice not once but TWICE , someone tried to ENTER MY ROOM while I was sleep. And, there were like drug addicts hanging out in the rest parking lot! I need a full refund, it was a tremble experience to say the least.

Reasonably priced. A last-minute booking.
Pros:

Breakfast didn't consist of much. There were some muffins. I had instant oatmeal.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of marijuana or something similar. I don't know if it was impregnated in the carpet/furnishings, or drifting in from another room. We kept the AC running and it eventually dissipated. We also spotted a few small insects. We let housekeeping know our issues so hopefully it's improved.
