Il y a une cuisine dans la chambre c’est bien.
Il y a bien une piscine mais elle est un peu sale même après l’avoir nettoyé moi-même elle se re-salie très vite

Cons:

Nous avons dormi avec une chambre qui donne sur les moteurs de clim dehors. Cela fait un bruit énorme toute la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très succinct et ne comporte que muffins et barre de céréales…

I didn’t even get to stay. And they refused to refund me:( for my birthday and I was told I would be refunded:(((

Cons:

They did not have staff available for issues I got taken for 170 dollars and slept in my truck!!! So disappointed!!!

The good thing was that it was close to Palm Springs Airport

Cons:

the cleanliness was so bad that it was difficult to stay there. It felt like they only changed the bed sheets while leaving all the dust and hair everywhere. I could also hear very loud footsteps from the upstairs floor, and it seemed like many people were actually living in the hotel, so it was extremely noisy.

Pros:

I liked the location and it had a kitchen which was nice and the pool was really nice with bathrooms by the pool

Cons:

There were no ice machines on the property so if you need ice you have to get up and go to the store

Overall not great. I would definitely not stay here again.
Cons:

The inside is a bit old and rundown. The elevator had scratched graffiti on the metal. Pretty shabby. The room does not come with shampoo or conditioner. I had to go down to the front desk and get some. That’s really weird for a hotel not to have those items in the room. There was no hairdryer in the room. I had to call down for that too. Also very strange. The kitchenette had no plates or glasses or anything in it. I couldn’t even have a glass of water because there was nothing to drink from. I’m not sure the point of a kitchen like that if there are no utensils or dishware in it.
