Ottimo, chiedete Renata alla reception per un'esperienza TOP
Pros:

La signora Renata, della reception, è stata super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha raccontato tantissime cose sulla città e ci ha dato preziosi consigli che non avevo trovato da nessun’altra parte. Ha davvero arricchito la nostra esperienza ad Amsterdam!

Eravamo in viaggio per il Nord Europa, con un viaggio in auto di 25 giorni, e grazie a lei questo è stato il posto in cui ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Anche la struttura è molto buona, ma Renata è stata sicuramente il punto di forza del nostro soggiorno. Una persona davvero fantastica. Complimenti!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – mangelnde Sauberkeit
Pros:

Vom Amsterdam Centraal ist das Hotel mit der Straßenbahn in ca. 25 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht akzeptabel: verschmutzte Bettwäsche, eine stark fleckige Matratze, dreckige Fenster, eine verkalkte Kaffeemaschine und Spinnweben in den Ecken.

Wir haben die Mängel mehrfach an der Rezeption gemeldet und zusätzlich schriftlich reklamiert. Trotz Zusage wurde anschließend lediglich die Bettwäsche gewechselt, die übrigen Probleme blieben bestehen. Auch auf unsere schriftliche Beschwerde erhielten wir keine Antwort.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation. Für uns entspricht das nicht dem erwarteten Standard.

Teleurstellend.
Pros:

De kamers op zich waren wel vrij gezellig.

Cons:

Ten eerste de parking : eerst betaald aan receptie, dan met auto aan hekken 15 minuten moeten wachten ( parlophoon bleef onbeantwoord ) tot iemand die reeds binnen was uiteindelijk zelf op de knop drukte zodat ik en 2 andere auto's die stonden te wachten binnen konden rijden !
De kamer : deed wc bril omhoog : opgedroogde urine op de rand van de pot. Dan wou ik koffie zetten : het waterreservoir : was net of het een jaar niet nagekeken is : water mét schimmel erin.
De bedden : 1 bed met veel te zachte matras, gelukkig was ander bed iets beter; tenzij het laken op de matras : zwarte vlekken.
