Tive uma ótima estadia
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o atendimento é acolhedor e o quarto aconchegante. Peca um pouco na limpeza mas nada que comprometa o conforto, tive uma ótima estadia.

Casual es una muy buena solución para tu estancia en Milano
Pros:

El staff es super simpatico,, la ubicación excelente. La habitación es pequeña pero muy comoda. El baño muy comodo. Diria que precio calidad daria la clasificación maxima

Cons:

Creo que en el baña deberia existir algo para poner el necessaire. Al final lo pones en el lavamanos y a mi no me gusta. Faltaba un vaso para colocar el dentriffcio y escoba de dientes

Pros:

Ottima posizione, pulizia accurata, presenza del bollitore in camera. Le camere non incontrano il mio gusto ma sono in linea con il nome dell'hotel.

Cons:

La stanza non era climatizzata bene. Il bagno era piccolissimo e senza un ripiano. La colazione è migliorabile. Se bevi il tè, hai solo delle tazze molto piccole.

İlgili personel, güzel kahvaltı, kolay erişilir lokasyon
Pros:

Konumu metroya ve Milano Merkez Tren İstasyonuna yakın. O nedenle kolay ulaşım sağladım. Personelle önceden Booking üzerinden birkaç konuda yazıştım. Oldukça hızlı dönüş yaptılar ve yardımseverler.

Cons:

Otelin konumu Duomo gibi merkezlere yerlere çok yakın değil ve tek seyahat ettiğim için çok geç saatte dönmemeye dikkat etmem gerektiğini düşündüm lokasyon olarak. Tek kişilik oda tam köşeye denk geldiği için küçüktü ama 1 gece konakladığım için sorun etmedim. Genel olarak erişimi/ulaşımı kolay, kahvaltısı güzel, çalışanlar ilgili olduğu için yine seyahat etsem tercih edebilirim. Çok sorun edilecek yanları yok.

The location was great - really close to Lima metro station which is on Line 1.
The staff were really friendly and the air con was amazing!

Cons:

Getting ready to go out was tricky, with the only mirror being above a very deep sink so couldn’t reach it well to see. There was room for one in the bathroom which would have helped.

Accanto alla fermata della metropolitana e non distante dalla stazione. Doccia ampia e ben funzionante

La camera assegnata non era molto spaziosa e parzialmente sotto un soffitto spiovente. Questo ha determinato la cosa che non mi è piaciuta: lo split del condizionatore era di fronte al letto e non era disponibile un telecomando per direzionare il flusso dell'aria o altre funzioni utili per la notte.
