The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Schiphol Airport every half hour from 06:00 to 23:30. The shuttle service from Schiphol Airport to the hotel runs every half hour from 06:15 to 23:45.
On New Year's Evening, there will be no public transport to and from the hotel after 20:00. The last hotel's shuttle will depart from the airport to the hotel at 20:45 and the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves at 20:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Only there for a 14 hr layover so no other transport was needed. Good size room for a family, separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a great shower. Easy and quick check in and out and shuttle every 30 minutes. Mcdonald's is located next to the hotel and was helpful due to our late arrival and lack of food for the day.
I didn't realise there was a new building being built in front, lots of construction and after a late check in, it was an early wake up when work started at 7 am. Wasn't the hotels fault and just something to note if you need a longer sleep.
The convenient airport shuttle and location near the airport
Initially had a hard time finding the hotel from the light rail due to the ongoing construction. Was not aware of the construction.

Gute Verbindung mit kostenlosem Hotelshuttle vom und zum Flughafen. Sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten.
Excuseer voor de scores,zijn niet zo bedoeld maar de enige mogelijkheid om U te bereiken.
Door een misverstand zijn wij niet tot bij U geraakt,wij moesten niet in Amsterdam zijn maar Rotterdam/ Den Haag.
Niet goed opgelet,te enthousiast ,bij boeken en daarom verkeerde stad geboekt.
Wij vertrokken uit Den Haag luchthaven en daarom al ons geld verloren bij uw booking.
Sorry we dachten echt dat we in Rotterdam zaten bij Western.
Verloren geld,geen beoordeling dus.
Bij deze mijn excuses bij wat ik ingevuld heb,nog geprobeerd jullie te bereiken,maar dat bleek hopeloos,steeds verbonden met een automatische dame die ons niet begreep.
Misschien toch een opmerking,probeer menselijk bereikbaar te zijn,niet die voorgeprommageerde toestanden.

Luktet litt rart/gammelt i gangene. Ikke noe luksus, men greit for en natt.
