Staff very helpful , attentive and friendly ..Tran and Lee were wonderful in helping us with recommendations, and organising a driver for us .
Rooms were spacious and clean , quiet at night . Our booking included extra bonus of complimentary drinks / short massage . Would highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien placé à 2 min de la plage et de tous les resto et commerce autour.

Lee a été adorable, elle m'a accueillie et m'a arrangée afin pour répondre à ma demande. Elle parle très bien anglais

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, très bien décorée.

Buffet de petit déj super varié et frais.

Je n'ai pas testé la piscine donc je ne peux pas dire

Cons:

Seul petit point négatif et encore c'est mineur, le frigo n'est pas très froid et de plus il fait de la lumière, un peu génant pour dormir

Персонал превзошёл все ожидания. Очень профессиональные ребята. Быстро реагируют на просьбы. Услужливы, внимательны. 10 баллов из 10.
Приветственный спа. 20 минут классного массажа,бесплатно.
Завтраки ориентированы на европейцев, выбор не очень большой, но всё вкусно.

Cons:

Запах сырости или плесени в номере 602. Думаю, это потому что в номере нет окна.

Petit déjeuner complet et varié mais pain frais trop rare et petits pains frais un jour sur 4 ou 5!!!!

Le personnel n'ECOUTE PAS LE CLIENT!!!!!!!! Check-in inadmissible plus de 30 MIN , pour exiger le reçu paiement, la facture, le reçu carte VISA !!! Réponse : " ce n'est pas la procédure"!!!!!!!. Alors oui c'est l'infomatique qui dédice! A quand le robot qui remplace l'humain? Le comfort d'un hôtel n'est pas seulement une question de prestation et d'équipment, il FAUT DU PERSONNEL FORME ET COMPETENT, et si il écoute et parle 500 MOTS en anglais , alors oui ce sera un bon hôtel.
