El personal muy atento y agradable( pendientes de todo en cada momento y cercanos). La habitación perfecta: grande, con una cama muy cómoda, un escritorio con su silla muy práctico y el tamaño del armario acorde al resto del mobiliario y en el que cabía todo perfectamente. El baño con todo lo necesario y muy amplio. Súper limpio. La ubicación excepcional.

Buena ubicación. El chico de recepción turno de tarde muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no ha funcionado en los tres dias que hemos estado, no parecen querer solucionar el problema. En plena ola de calor el hotel no nos daba ninguna alternativa, solo devolvernos el dinero si nos queríamos ir, pero a las 20h de la tarde y cansados no íbamos a buscar otro hotel, decidimos comprar un ventilador ya que no nos daban ninguna solución. El chico de recepción turno de tarde fué amable y nos lo abonó pero si voy a Oviedo no volveré a este hotel ya que en tres dias no arreglaron el problema ni nos han dado otra habitación.

Proximité centre ville pour visiter.

Cons:

Climatiseur qui envoie que de l’air chaud, intenable en pleine canicule.
Thermostat de la douche dysfonctionnel, impossible de régler sur tiède.
Épaisseur des murs horrible, on entend tout des autres chambres (douche, wc, conversations) et du palier.
Frigo qui fuit et ne refroidit pas.

La limpieza en la habitación

Cons:

Ofrecen habitaciones con aire acondicionado y no funciona, no te informan al momento de tu llegada en plena ola de calor, la neverita tampoco funcionaba.
Obviamente no nos dieron ninguna solución teniendo que buscar otra alternativa para pasar la noche, tras solo 2 horas alli dejamos la habitación ya que después de una ducha en un intento por estar mejor, solo hacía más bochorno en la habitación.

Habitació molt calorosa perquè li dona el sol tota la tarda; a més la ventilació és prou sorollosa i no refrescs del tot. Val a dir que estem en plena onada de calor

Ubicación, comodidad, servicio.

Cons:

La ducha hay que mejorarla. Tanto la alcachofa como el enganche son muy mejorables. No te puedes duchar bien. Para un hotel como ese, deberían de mejorarlo.
