Friendly staff, clean room, great location. comfortable bed. Early check in was fantastic and a life saver. Free room up grade . This was during the June 2026 heatwave but we were very comfortable with air-conditioning . I will recommend 10/10

Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in Paris. The happiest staff, comfiest beds!
Pros:

Honestly, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in amongst many of the 4 & 5 hotels in paris. For being very inexpensive and just a standard maybe 1 night stay type of hotel they put in a lot of effort… cakes and beverages upon check in etc but mainly the staff was SO incredibly helpful and kind. I slept in accidentally and they didn’t even bother me. They all were super cherry and literally agreed to hold my luggage for me for over 4 days. Honestly in shock I booked this so last minute kind of emergency/ missed flight situation but this was some of the best hospitality I’ve received in paris so far lol!

Confortable and well appointed rooms. Great location too.
Pros:

Courteous and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. The AC was very welcome on the hottest day of the year.
Very well located hotel. There is a good supermarket nearby and the tube is a few minutes away.

Cons:

Small packet of crisps was charged 4 euros.

The room was laid out very efficiently. Each of the staff members were easy to understand and extremely helpful. Good location to bus and tram terminals.

Cons:

Didn't have a mini fridge in room, always have ice when asked.
Noise from street was constant. Mostly sirens. Small lounge area in lobby, only enough room for two couples.

This a beautiful 4* hotel in a great neighborhood. Lots of interesting places just a walk away. The staff were friendly and there if we needed them

Nothing it was great. Well, one small thing, being near a hospital there's lots of ambulance sirens, but the windows are double glazed
