Bra rum, frukost och bra läge. Vi hade en trivsam vistelse.
Pros:

Fina rum, vi hade två rum och kunde bo nära varandra. Bra frukost. Barnen uppskattade biljardbordet i lobbyn. Närhet till en trevlig park med vattenlekplats där vi också käkade gott.

Over priced for the service received.
Pros:

Good location, underground parking at high cost, staff seemed disinterested a the barman had to slip through the rear patio door for a quick smoke during service (really!)!!!! Room staff were exceptional and courteous. General check in staff seemed disinterested. Told to ride down to the parking garage, press the button a the door would life - no chance, still there 10 mins later. Fortunately on motorbikes we could slip down the side of the barrier. Paid for parking and needed a bar code to exit but it took a good five minutes of trying to get the barrier to raise. Reasonable location and very comfortable bed. Hot shower and great marina views.

Een echte aanrader voor een rustig en ontspannen verblijf in Antwerpen
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, professioneel en heel behulpzaam. Dit was onze eerste keer dat we zelf een hotel in het buitenland geboekt hadden, daarom werden we in alle rust stapsgewijs geholpen met het invullen van de laatste dingen én kregen we ook nog leuke tips voor onze verkenning in Antwerpen. Daarnaast was de kamer evenals de algemene ruimten erg schoon en netjes. Al met al hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad in Antwerpen en genoten van ons verblijf. Bij een volgend bezoek - want we zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken - zullen we dan ook zeker terugkeren naar dit hotel.

Helemaal niks. Alles was tiptop in orde!

Bed bugs and loud door!

It was clean

Cons:

We have been experiencing bed bugs since we left the hotel and now I’m so frustrated with it, need to wash all the clothes and sheets we brought with us, and my toddler has 10 plus bumps all over his body!!!

Plus the door has extremely loud noise soon you or someone close their room, like you suddenly woke up when the thunder hits! My family and I didn’t rest well.
