Great place to stay with nice helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff and pleasant rooms.

Cons:

A bit outside of the centre of Antwerp but this made it a quieter location. Good links into city centre.

Pros:

Mooie kamer, fijne bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Je kan geen parking reserveren dus wij hadden pech, die parking stond vol. Er is een haardroger aanwezig maar daarvoor moet je eerst op zoektocht gaan eer je die vindt.

Cons:

Veel last van het geluid van de straat zoals auto's, politie en schreeuwende mensen. Nog wel er eindje lopen naar het centrum en de Afas Dome

Geen klein koelkastje aanwezig en met die warmte had dat wel fijn geweest. Airco op de kamer maar we merkte er niet veel van

Comfy stay just outside of the city centre
Pros:

It’s a strange location, at first it seems that it is quite far out of the city, a good 20 minute walk from the train station. However, when you look behind the hotel it’s right next to a new regenerated area near the water which is very pretty.
The rooms then selves were nice, comfy beds and good bathroom. Toiletries provided along with a kettle and some coffees / teas.
WiFi was good in the room.
Breakfast was good. A waffle machine is great and enough there for everyone.

Cons:

As someone mentioned previously, the staff were hit and miss. Most seemed polite, some seemed to be less than happy in their role!
No safe in the rooms which is usually standard. A fridge would have been nice too.
Location as mentioned above is a good 20 minute walk away from the city centre.
We didn’t have a car but €27 a night was pretty excessive especially when you can park just outside for much less

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, besonders wegen der guten Lage und des freundlichen Personals
Pros:

Eigentlich hat mir fast alles gefallen. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay, wie in den meisten Hotels dieser Art. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und direkt neben einem schönen Museum.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es beim Frühstück zu wenig Platz gab. Das Hotel war sehr voll, deshalb gab es im Speisesaal kaum freie Plätze zum Frühstücken. Man musste etwa 30 Minuten warten, um einen freien Tisch zu finden.

Er waren werken aan het straat, deze werden ons niet op voorhand medegedeeld. Daardoor was er veel (!) lawaai tot 1u30 snachts, wat niet aangenaam was.
