Lage war ein Stück vom Zentrum entfernt, aber mit Uber trotzdem schnell erreichbar

It was ok. Nice location.
Pros:

The location was a perfect distance from all the places we were planning to go.

Cons:

Making parking arrangements that were reasonably priced elsewhere. No sheets or blankets for the second bed even though the reservation was for 4. No soap for the kitchen, the pool was TINY. The breakfast options were very limited and no one was manning it. Free forall of people shoving to grab things. And while the website advertises coffee and tea in the lobby that is restricted to breakfast. I have never been to a hotel that did not have coffee available through the day. And when I asked staff about local restaurants we could walk to the young man just said.." I don't know" he was pleasant enough just not very helpful.

Great stay. Charlestown is a short walk to north end. Quick Uber ride or walk to green lines that take you anywhere in B

Good location was able to walk 10-20 minutes to most of my destinations
Pros:

Location to north station was a plus, the swimming pool indoor was enjoyable for kids.

Cons:

At checkout the person looked bothered and gave attitude when asking to leave bags at hotel as we had a late flight. I had to move 3 suitcases and 3 backpacks myself twice instead of some type of bellboy or baggage person.

Disappointing Check-In Experience and Poor Hospitality
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the harbor, parks, and kids’ play areas, which made it very convenient for families. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for walking. Rooms were comfortable and overall we had a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The staff was not welcoming and the check-in process was stressful. They did not have proper credit card machines and kept saying the cards were not working, while the same cards were working everywhere else. Luckily my third card worked, otherwise it felt like they were ready to ask me and my family to leave despite having confirmed reservations. Overall, very poor hospitality and an uncomfortable experience.
