Worth the money to stay a few nights and staff are amazing people
Pros:

The rooms are clean tidy and comfortable but just need a little modern up but I definitely would go back as it is value for money

Cons:

Pas assez de chaises, pas de couverts et de micro onde dans la chambre pour pouvoir manger dans la chambre, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée assez régulièrement pour un séjour de plus de 10 jours. Pas assez de restos dans le quartier

If you like HUGE hotel for a good price, book there. Patience should be your 2nd name.
Pros:

The personal are lovely and smiling.
In general, the property is ok.
Foods were delicious.
Commons areas were clean.

Cons:

For us, the inconveniences were :
- lift ( often 20 min minimum for exiting of the building ) in tower D.
- swimming pool : only 15 transat for sunbathing.
- the airco : in our family suite, 2 on 4 were working. Even if the maintenance came to check.. it changed nothing.
- family suite : 1) no spoon, no knife, no fork, nothing except glasses and water.
2) fournitures are all empty. I do even not understand why did they have so many fournitures if you can’t use them.
- area in Bangkok: facilities is the taxi-boot. It is top to move everywhere and cheaper than tuktuk or taxi.
