Tout…. On serait repartie avec le matelas, la douche etc. L hôtel est sombre mais, une fois acclimaté, c est le concept ‘zen’ j ai adorée. Tout inspire au calme. Propreté et comfort impeccable dans notre chambre , personnel gentils. Bien situé.

Hotel was in a great location and very walkable to main attractions and transportation options. The staff went above and beyond to assist me including offering to walk me to the street car stop so that I didn’t get lost, they even did some research for me on where to find a bar or lounge with a specific vibe and music selection, and when I asked for slippers a pair was quickly delivered to my room. I can’t say enough about how much their service made my stay. Thank you!!!

Check-in was quick and efficient, with professional staff providing a warm welcome.
Our room, located on the 6th floor had everything you could possibly want, along with plenty of thoughtful little extras that were an unexpected treat. The enormous bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a powerful walk-in shower, luxury toiletries, large super-soft towels and a separate toilet.
The only drawback was that both the room and décor were very dark. Despite having a large window, the proximity of a tall office block outside meant there was very little natural daylight.
Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive menu offering plenty of choice. Everything was cooked to order and the quality of the food was superb.
All of the staff were friendly and attentive, although at times we found the service a little too attentive, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.
The location was reasonably central, although it was a longer walk to the harbourside than we had anticipated.
Overall, the hotel offers first-class amenities and excellent service, but the dark décor and lack of natural light detracted slightly from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing hotel and staff just had a 5 night stay, all staff friendly, helpful and ready to help in any way a credit to the hotel especially Nathan in reception and Russell at breakfast - attentive, friendly and gave good advice for places to visit.
Rooms immaculate, well stocked and a calm environment to return to at the end of the day.
Easy access to city and shops make this a very good location especially for the baseball stadium- fully recommend a stay here- keep up the good work

This hotel has a lot of historical meaning for my husband and I. Many years ago, it was our home away from home and we were here on a regular basis. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary here and were really excited. What a disappointment. It started with the so-called valet standing there doing nothing, letting us unload our bags ourselves. Barely a hello. Then came the impossibility to order any drinks or food before 5pm. The suite, while beautiful, is dark, with no proper light in the bathroom either. Impossible to do your make up unless you lean across the counter. The room had two tvs. None are smart tvs. Impossible to watch movies. It is 2026! How do you charge these prices for a luxury hotel room without the ability to watch movies in the room? We took a suite with balcony only to literally be seeing people in the next building on their beds and them equally staring at us. No view, no privacy and zero privacy with the balconies in the rooms on each side of us. The in-room dining lacks selection. They brought sparkling water when we asked for still, and the sommelier told us we were getting a blend cab and Sangiovese but it was a pure cab. Not much attention to details. Overall not Le Germain quality we were used to.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was excellent for us. Everything indicated in the high ratings above.
