Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Kloster. Tolle Lage mit Blick über den Golf von Neapel. Gutes Restaurant ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Golf und den Vesuv.

Le meilleur emplacement de Naples pour étape de trois jours au départ de la côte Amalfitaine.
Pros:

Le personnel très à l’écoute, la situation la meilleure possible à Naples: a 3 minutes à pieds du quartier Espagnol typique, la terrasse avec piscine et jardin au 7 eme étage avec vue extraordinaire sur la ville et la baie. Point pratique très important à Naples: hôtel situé près du centre mais hors ZTL et le voiturier s’est occupé de ma voiture.

Cons:

Une machine à café dans la chambre et deux patères pour accrocher les très beau peignoir dans la salle de bain et c’est parfait

A superb stay which we would highly recommend!
Pros:

A truly beautiful and atmospheric hotel with an excellent art collection!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, two in particular were exceptional!
The location was brilliant for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas, particularly Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast, as well as Herculaneum and Pompeii.

Cons:

It was a superb stay… just one small possible tweak … occasionally the breakfast team could have been a bit more efficient. The food was excellent but at times replacement buffet food items, crockery or utensils needed to be made more readily available. However, the staff were always friendly and responded to requests promptly.

Nice spot - and we found a great traditional restaurant nearby
Pros:

It has a great view- nice roof terraces and a pleasant pool

Cons:

Some of the restaurant staff displayed a rather grand attitude - the restaurant served more or less nouvelle cuisine- small portions that don’t really suit people with hearty appetites! We had to beg for some extra potatoes! Subsequently though we found a traditional restaurant that wanted to feed us at almost a third of the cost- so a good result!

Terrible restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful and interesting building but the restaurant is a very real problem at this hotel. On our first day, we ordered lunch and were kept waiting for 45 minutes for a very small portion of pasta which was nothing much to write home about despite the long wait and high price. We were not greeted by the staff, and had to ask for bread which was dry. Service at breakfast is even worse. The hotel hasn’t learned from previous complaints. Weak and cold instant coffee is on offer from an urn. It may seem trivial but this did spoil our time at the hotel. I did complain a couple of times. The management comes across as being far too parsimonious and in terms of the catering really should pull up its socks.
Staff at reception, cleaners, porters all very helpful and kind.

Hôtel très agréable avec une vue dont on ne se lasse jamais
Pros:

La vue est incroyable, le personnel à la réception a été absolument charmant.
La chambre était grande et très propre malgré une salle de bain un peu "dans son jus".
La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite à condition d'aimer marcher quelques minutes pour se rendre en centre ville. Beaucoup d'escaliers, mais heureusement, le funiculaire n'est pas loin.

Deuxième séjour en 20 ans . Encore plus beau.
Pros:

tout; Cet hotel est un paradis pour les amateurs d'histoire et de belle décoration

Cons:

Le WIFI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! il n'est même pas possible de confirmer son vol de retour ou de charger une carte d'embarquement à certaines heures.

Vijf dagen met partner van heerlijk verlof genoten.
Pros:

buitengewone ligging en prachtige terrassen voor morgen en avondeten. Hoog gelegen maar taxi's goedkoop.
