Location was great. Fantastic views. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was good, lots of variety.
Pool and the 7th floor terrace closed at five. Very little time to enjoy this area was day activities. Room was cramped and beds and pillows uncomfortable. No coffee maker in the room.
Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet and wasn't secure.

Amazing roof spaces and pool
Just everything.....stunning view from room and restaurant, generous and quality breakfast, the architecture of special history, friendly and professional staff and beautiful comfy room. We did appreciate all.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Kloster. Tolle Lage mit Blick über den Golf von Neapel. Gutes Restaurant ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Golf und den Vesuv.
Le personnel très à l’écoute, la situation la meilleure possible à Naples: a 3 minutes à pieds du quartier Espagnol typique, la terrasse avec piscine et jardin au 7 eme étage avec vue extraordinaire sur la ville et la baie. Point pratique très important à Naples: hôtel situé près du centre mais hors ZTL et le voiturier s’est occupé de ma voiture.
Une machine à café dans la chambre et deux patères pour accrocher les très beau peignoir dans la salle de bain et c’est parfait

The location was brilliant for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas, particularly Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast, as well as Herculaneum and Pompeii.
It was a superb stay… just one small possible tweak … occasionally the breakfast team could have been a bit more efficient. The food was excellent but at times replacement buffet food items, crockery or utensils needed to be made more readily available. However, the staff were always friendly and responded to requests promptly.
Everything-gorgeous, interesting historical building so well kept up. Beautiful setting. An oasis in a difficult city.
We stayed for three nights while attending a wedding outside of Naples. The location is amazing, incredible views. The room was comfortable and the staff were very good. We attended a private welcome reception the day before the wedding that was held for the wedding guests on the hotel's roof deck, which was a stunning location. Staff were highly attentive at the reception, during breakfasts and throughout our stay. One criticism was the noise level from our room on the Saturday night. We were just a floor above the bar/restaurant, near the elevator, and the muzak was playing loudly until at least 2 a.m., which was not ideal. Breakfast buffet could use a bit of improvement on the hot dishes and drip coffee. Overall very good stay.
It has a great view- nice roof terraces and a pleasant pool
Some of the restaurant staff displayed a rather grand attitude - the restaurant served more or less nouvelle cuisine- small portions that don’t really suit people with hearty appetites! We had to beg for some extra potatoes! Subsequently though we found a traditional restaurant that wanted to feed us at almost a third of the cost- so a good result!
