Another relaxing stay
Pros:

Location was ideal for me- close to Deakin University. Tram stop only a short walk away. Great movie theatre a couple of tram stops away- Reading Cinema.
Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and quiet.
This was my second stay here, and I will return.

Cons:

Fan in the bathroom was ineffective.

Cons:

Staff very unprofessional, especially the reception, poor communication, messed up the booking, gave the wrong key, ended up opening the door to am occupied room, then there was no one there to resolve the issue. When the issue is reported, they simply didn't care, and rolled eyes to each other.
