Pros:

Camera pulita, Staff molto cordiale, l'hotel non dista troppo lontano dal centro e nemmeno dalla stazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo le finestre non son insonorizzate, e si sente quello che accade fuori.

Ok rooms terrible staff

Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Staff is terrible. Rude and not helpful at all. I was there with 1.5 year and 4 year old and guy didn’t want to let me into the room because I didn’t give passport of my 1.5 year old. For context I came at 2pm for check in and asked the guy to give them all passports to at least check in but he said no. When I came later when room was ready I didn’t have my baby passport and I explained to staff that previous guy saw all passports but didn’t keep them or put them in system but he still refused to let me in. says those are the rules so I had to wait for my wife to come another 30min.

When I was checking in another staff member who was super rude says checking comes first come first served. That yes they write on booking it’s guaranteed from 2pm but actually they only start cleaning annd if someone left bag in the morning before me he will check in sooner and check in can also be by 3.30pm. I sent special request to prepare my room even before 2pm (like months ago) and they said they will guarantee it for me for 2pm. So I was late for event because they not only refused to assist or find solution but said nothing on booking.com is guaranteed so I had to leave hotel for an hour and a half with kid and wait.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

Great location, clean room, great bathroom and shower (stayed in the Wellness room), good breakfast, lovely reception staff.

The lady in charge of breakfast area.
