De kamer

Cons:

Wat een aanfluiting. Op de heetste dag van het jaar sluit de bar om 21:30 uur. Volgens de bediening omdat er niet genoeg drinken koud staat en ze alleen staat op een vrijdagavond. De menukaart bestond uit 3 gerechten. Niet echt een beleving van een hotel waar je 135 euro betaald voor 2 personen om een dagje weg te gaan. Omgeving is niets te doen behalve de Mac Donalds aan de overkant.

Great hotel in a quite location
Pros:

Bastion hotel Rotterdam zuid is situated in a quite area just opposite to McDonald's Charlois.
The hotel is nice with all facilities.
It has more than 25 parking lots.
The staff is super friendly.

Cons:

1) Breakfast doe not have extensive option of dishes.
2) Kids play area is missing

NEVER STAY HERE !! THE WORST HOTEL PROPERTY IN THE WORLD!
Pros:

Nothing. This is an absolutely disgusting hotel / property! This should not even be considered a hotel. It’s a pathetic excuse for a hotel !! The staff really need to take anger management courses let alone customer service courses. But doubt they will ever benefit from it as they (especially a lady called Zara) are beyond repair!! They need to be sacked and the hotel shut down so that Rotterdam as a city doesn’t sully its name !!

Cons:

The rooms, the property location, the staff..the worst combination working unitedly to provide disrespectful and awful services !!! If you want to experience this, please do check in to bear their services!

Cons:

The room was dirty, bed sheets had holes in them, empty shampoo bottle on the bathroom floor, rubbish behind the fridge and rotting grape stems, dirty under the bed!

Disgraceful filthy hovel.

Kamer prima

Cons:

Ontbijt en s avond diner niet echt goed. Brood droog. Bediening s avonds ongeïnteresseerd.
Ze deed het hoognodige met weinig zin. Liet alles op tafel staan. Totaal ongeschikt voor de horeca.
