Pros:

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience of my life! Brittany was very rude at checkin complaining of us wanting 2 queen beds that we books months in advance. When we got in the room, water was all over carpet beside air conditioning. Next day, hotel called us to let us know they were putting us in another room and would let us move our things to another room when we returned. I let them know we wouldn’t be returning until that afternoon. Upon arrival, our hotel door was left open all day with all of our personal belongings. Our next room, they put us in had stains on the side of sheets. I called customer service multiple times because on top of that they overcharged us. I have never received a refund for overcharge or received a response about partial refund. I have called customer service multiple times with failed promises to call me back within 24 hr. I will advise everyone I know against staying at this hotel.

Don’t stay here
Pros:

The shower was very cold. When I went to breakfast, they had a dog and people are allergic to animals and you should never have your animal at the breakfast because people are allergic to them and dogs are unsanitary and also their rooms they do not tell you that the rooms a pet friendly people are allergic to animals and that is very disappointing. That hotel doesn’t tell you that.

Pros:

Chose this place from my capital one travel website and because of its proximity to the hospital where my Mom was having surgery. I booked the night before and the night of her surgery so we didn’t have to drive the hour and a half back to her house. Upon check in, I found the staff to be rather unfriendly and the room to be rather gross. The bathtub had a ring around it and the water in the shower was like warm at best. I would stay elsewhere if I had it to do over again. This property is not on brand for HIG

STAY AWAY
We arrive early, to get settled. Looked great on the outside, immaculate. We went to walk out dog in a 12x12 area. Barrel for dog waste, No bags, I had my own.

Get into lobby, 2 charis, 1 couch and a giant big screen TV, not on, not welcoming.
Light snacks to purchase, 10 items.

As we head up to the room, 1 elevator OOS we get that, but it's was a Saturday night before Easter. We walk down the hallway, somewhat dirty carpet. The rooms carpet was also dirty, and had a smell.
Bathroom very outdated, lower toilet, old tub with no rubber mat, very slick after shower.
Went to get ice, followed signs, nothing. Go down stairs, and that is when we find out only on 1st floor. Ok, I get it, then take the signs down!

2 school  mini vans un load 20 kids. They were having fun, laughing courtious.
Then with in 30 minutes, no supervision.  Running, yelling, bounce balls in room.
Broken chips in hallway, other snacks on the floors in elevator and hallway. No property manager telling the adults, chill the kids down, no coach supervisors

This went on, till 11:00, then they slept.

In the morning,  we go down to cold eggs, cold sausage, cold bisquit, our free breakfast. The group ahead of us ate thru all the pastries.  I grabbed a blueberry muffin, cold from freezer type cold. Ate the muffin, tossed the rest at 8:15 in the morning. COLD

So I go to the front desk to get dog bags, after a few minutes,  he finally says, they have none. So he gives me 2 ice bags.

Upon welcome at most IHG properties, welcome water in room, dog treats, etc.
Even if you need stuff, ask. All day water, cookies in a large seating area.
