We booked a spa room which was not as clean as one would expect it to be. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the spa as when we filled it up the jets were so dirty the water went a brown colour. The washer we had in the water was white but when we emptied the bath it looked more like a cleaning cloth , brown stained and dirty as it sucked against the jets . Whikst a pleasant experience and location the value for money given the spa was something especially wanted, was disappointing and I question should we return.

Pros:

Great location by the water, we had a river view room. The room was huge with a bedroom and separate room with a sofa and kitchenette, large bathroom. A bit dated but absolutely spotless! Could do with a price list for the mini bar, also the bar shut very early but it was out of season so it's understandable.

Good location, close to restaurants and the Waterside. we received good customer service and valet parking. Umbrellas were available for use and we enjoyed walking by the waterfront.
