Location
Breakfast was cold and expensive. Valet changed car settings
The late night staff were fantastic and the day time staff were so friendly and helpful on every occasion.
The Burger was average at the restaurant
Location
Rooms were dusty, rooms were on the first floor next to the road causing continuous vehicle noise, my room was given to someone else during our stay despite the fact that property declined my request to change the date. Breakfast was extremely expensive for the items and menu options available, For the price we paid for each room we can get a better 3 star hotel while this hotel is rated 5star.
Location
Nothing
Everything was a complete S##show.
City view of a crackden.
Balcony that can't fit a chair.
Service like trying to order from a 12 year old at MacDonalds
No parking have to drive down the road. So you have no choice to use there Useless Valet parking where have too goto reception and wait again.
There was no toilet or tissues in the ShoeboxKingSuit.
No blankets for the fold out chicken coop mattress.
Tried to ring reception and get hung up on or put on hold for 10mins.
Food room service overpriced and not alot of options for a family.
The staff are so helpful, they are the only positive thing to me
The family room is about 180 steps away from the elevator, the location is just so so. There was a contruction and the noise woke us up. The hotel didn't give us advance notice that there will be noise on our floor.
The location is superb. We had a great view of the wharf and harbour.
The property is tired and dated lacking in modern amenities like USB ports or coffee facilities. Unfortunately there was no water in the minibar, the QR codes did not work for dining options and there was no way to modify in room temperature.
Room service took over an hour and the food was cold on arrival.
The staff and valet were exceptional however, and were fantastic hosts.
The location and the view.
The shower over the spa bath was very slippery and dangerous.
The room was great
Long long corridor
