Selection of food was excellent but the cost is high if yoy don't eat a lot.
Kitchenette but no kitchen facilities....plates, cutlery , microwave etc
Nothing
Extremely old and very few things working
Great location, so many restaurants nearby and beautiful walk along the river. Our room and view was lovely. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to see and eat
Good location
Hard to pull up in a bigger car if busy
* The room design and decore were great - very spacious and stylish
* The room and common areas were immaculately clean
* Wonderful location
* Our evening meal in the restaurant was really lovely - great setting, view, staff and food
* The rooms and common areas in the section we were placed were being redecorated and had obviously been very recently painted as there were still dust covers in the hall and scaffolding outside our window; unfortunately the paint fumes were so strong that we had to sleep with the windows open, so the room was very cold and we didn't feel particularly secure, being on the ground floor; we also all woke up feeling unwell from the fumes and have a continued over subsequent days to have irritated eyes and throat
* The sofa bed was very well-used and uncomfortable
* We needed to run the air conditioning during the night to keep some warmth in the room, but the ducting was very noisy
* Given the above none of our party slept well which was disappointing
We stay here frequently because we live the views and the proximity to theatre and restaurants. The renovated rooms are lovely
It’s a pity they didn’t replace the couches. So much money spent and the lounge is ugly and uncomfortable and old. Also the shower over bath set up is terrible. Drain in bath can’t keep up with shower flow and you end up ankle deep in water which takes ages to drain before the next person can shower
Location, view, service and breakfast
location was great nice breakfast
Nothing
Newly renovated rooms were great
Some renovation materials laying around
Newly renovated rooms are great and hotel bar is cool
Some renovation materials laying around
The location, the valet parking, the facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful
I can’t think of any faults.
The fact it was on the waters edge
Curtain track needed attention next to the table
Plus no cutlery or crockery you open the draw to find a note saying contact room service As If! When you pay nearly $400 a night I want the basics
And no coffee pod machine
