Pros:

This property is on a nice quiet street but conveniently located near the beach, eating locations and a shop on the corner. The room was simple but large and had a full kitchen and large toilet - we had lots of room here. The staff were really friendly.

Cons:

This is only because were were travelling with a child - The TV did not have any streaming services or local channels so the only option was Youtube.

Pros:

Отель располагается в хорошем районе,рядом большой супермаркет ,приятный бар с бассейна вид на частные виллы.Но не селитесь на первом этаже так как со стороны двора выходят охладительная система и всю ночь работаю огромные вентиляторы в это создает шум и всю ночь лается вода как будто идет дождь.Для чувствительных это доставляет дискомфорт.

Вентиляторы шумные и вода которая лилась всю ночь за окном .

Très bon emplacement , Piscine très propre , lit très grand et confortable . chambre très spacieuse. Lundry sur place . nous avons rajouter 1 nuit de plus .

Manque un grille pain pour la cuisine.

Nice location
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Rooftop pool is great for sunsets if not to busy. Only 3 chairs. Nice plants at entry.

Cons:

Building has open atrium and separate open staircase and all noise echoed through Building. They said we had daily servicing but this did not happen, only the day I asked when it was being done. Used there laundry service, it was overpriced but convenient, items can back scrunched up and inside out, favourite shirt missing, maybe more. Paid for verandah and got window room, on complaining was told it was an upgrade, verandah rooms just had odd small door accessing a verandah too small to use. Price was above its value and still got hit up with 4% credit card fees.

Nhân viên (chú bảo vệ) rất nhiệt tình. Sáng sớm mình định đi chợ mua dép cho con (do bị đứt), chú đi mua hộ luôn.

Ça va pour 1-2 nuits.
Pros:

Bien situé.
Belle piscine.

Cons:

Je vous conseille d’aller voir votre chambre avant de faire le paiement.

Nous avons fait changer nos draps en rentrant dans la chambre. Malheureusement ceux-ci n’avaient clairement pas été changer. On pouvait le voir par les marques de pieds ainsi que plusieurs taches et ce sur les deux lits.

Le reste était relativement OK.

Pros:

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds! Lovely roof top pool for a swim in afternoon!

Cons:

Had a few wee glitches with Netflix but staff were super helpful and fixed within a few hours!

Upon checking in the man was rude, unfriendly and was in no rush to accommodate us. General bad vibe from arrival
Balcony is tiny, can just about stand on it
I felt the property was very expensive and overpriced for Vietnam. A larger balcony and friendly staff could have maybe justified it slightly but overall it was bad value for money
