Fabulous location, Excellent amenities and wonderful staff. Could not fault a thing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location, views, amenities. Everything.
David looked wonderful in his kilt and his list of restaurants and insights was carefully curated and thoughtful.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was fabulous, though navigating our way around and between levels to our room and finding the lift on the 3rd floor was tricky at first but we got our steps up with all the walking.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an allen Stellen. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer - eine Suite - hat genug Platz für uns 3 (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) geboten.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war unmittelbar im Bereich der Bar angesiedelt, wo sich die Bargäste quasi vor unserer Zimmertür aufgehalten haben, was teilweise gut hörbar war.

Fab stay in the heart of Edinburgh
Pros:

Staff were amazing especially the lovely bar tender made the best cocktails and the nicest guy, loved the secret roof garden, location fab and parking really easy right next door in safe multi storey and half price. Room nice and comfy.

Στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό δίνεται εξαιρετική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή θέση στο κέντρο χωρίς να είναι εκτεθειμένο στην φασαρία του royal mile. Είναι απέναντι από το εμπορικό κέντρο St James Quarter, το καλύτερο της πόλης και προσφέρεται για βόλτα, φαγητό και αγορές. Μείναμε στην σουίτα Dalmore η οποία έχει εξαιρετική θέα στην πόλη μέχρι τη θάλασσα. Πολύ καλό πρωϊνό, η brasserie είναι υπέροχη αίθουσα. Εξαιρετική θέα στο πράσινο του λόφου Calton αλλά και στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και λύνει το κάθε θέμα που μπορεί να προκύψει. Δεν πρέπει να σας ανησυχήσει η δέσμευση του συμφωνηθέντος ποσού της διαμονής στην κάρτα σας + 200 λίρες περίπου κατά την άφιξή σας + 50 λίρες προαιρετικά για πουρμπουάρ στο προσωπικό. Ο λογαριασμός σας στο τέλος είναι αναλυτικός και χωρίς κρυφές χρεώσεις.

Cons:

Δεν βρήκα κάτι κακό. Ίσως είναι λίγο ανεβασμένη η τιμή του πρωινού. Βέβαια είναι προαιρετικό και μπορείτε κάποιες φορές να φάτε στο διπλανό Starbucks.
