shower curtain instead of real shower cabine was a supriew i a 5 star hotel. what is more the curtain fell off the ceiling and hung and had not been fixed before we checked out. no discount offered or anything else to compensate this issue.

As an experienced traveler with nearly twenty years of experience who has never issued a negative review of a hotel, I would recommend avoiding this hotel if at all possible.
Great location with walking distance to old town, train station and carton hill. Room is modern and clean, bed is comfy. Good breakfast.

- The lady helped us check-out didn't mention the 5% service charge is optional and just told us it would be deducted from our credit card. We don't like the lady didn't mention that it was optional not until we asked, and her unfriendly looking when we said no. If the 5% was expected to be paid, why don't make it compulsory. If it is optional, staff training should be strengthening to show friendly manner and to respect customers decision.
