O preço é compatível com o que oferece e a localização é de fácil acesso.

Cons:

As instalações deixam a desejar. As cortinas e o lençol estavam mofados, o piso laminado estava danificado, os registros do chuveiro estavam trancados e, depois de abertos, ficava pingando água o tempo todo. A ducha higiênica foi retirada. O barulho da rua era muito alto e não tinha isolamento suficiente no quarto. Por fim, o ar condicionado estava sujo e fazendo um barulho maior que o da rua.

A localização é ótima.
E o pessoal que atende muito gentil, prestativo e resolutivo.

Cons:

O quarto tinha cama de casal e o cobertor não era compatível. Eram dois cobertores de solteiro!?
A televisão não funcionava e não pôde ser consertada.

Bem localizado e estacionamento próximo acessível.

Cons:

Não sei se foi o quarto que ficamos, mas a acústica é horrível. Como é um bairro onde tem muitos barzinhos, tinha barulho na rua a noite toda. Parecia que estavam gritando na janela do quarto. Difícil de dormir. Único ponto negativo foi esse!
