Wonderful experience from start to finish
Pros:

The hotel created a great first impression and continued to exceed expectations. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every interaction with the staff felt genuine and welcoming.

Nice standard hotel, but dangerous location
Pros:

Jacuzzi bathtub was good as well as the size of our room. We always got fresh towels and sheets changed after 3 days. Breakfast was good, standard bufet. One time our AC broke and they repaired it immediately. Two small pools free to use wherever, which you can't find in any hotel. Approximately 15min walking distance to Monasteraki, ~8min if you take metro.

Cons:

I can't stress enough how TERRIBLE the neighbourhood is. You just have to look under your feet to not step on used needle and also around you to not get jumped by the sketchy people that always stay in the alleys around the hotel. Definitely took couple of points from the rating. Hotel is NOT suitable for families with children. And just because of this, we won't come back.
Hotel-wise, we were really bummed out that there is no iron or hairdryer in our room.

Vorher nicht möglich. Hätten um 7:00 frühstücken müssen wegen Abflugtermin. Durften jedoch Speisesaal nicht vorher betreten.

Από που να το πιάσω από την περιοχή που μύριζε κατουρλιά; Αρχικά μπήκα σε ένα δωμάτιο που ενώ ήμουν ένα άτομο είχε 3 κρεβάτια το τζάμι στο μπάνιο έτοιμο να πέσει να με σκοτώσει πετσέτες δεν υπήρχαν το μπαλκόνι βρόμικο στο μπάνιο το καδακι σπασμένο και. Το συφωνι πρόχειρα σκεπασμένο η πισίνα δε μια δεξαμενή με νερό.
Χρίζει ανακαίνισης χθες!!!!ουτε ένα αστέρι δεν είναι

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για το κέντρο της Αθήνας.
Pros:

Άνετο δωμάτιο (έμεινα σε τρίκλινο). Το κρεβάτι τεράστιο και μαλακό. Το τζακουζι καταπληκτικό και λειτουργικό (μολονότι θέλει τουλάχιστον ένα μισάωρο για να γεμίσει). Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ο κλιματισμός αποδοτικότατος.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά επαρκές. Δεν ανανεώθηκε ποτέ ο δίσκος με τα μπέικον/ λουκάνικα ( δεν ξέρω τι είχε, επειδή δεν πρόλαβα να δω κι ας πήγα γύρω στις 09:40). Αυτό που ήταν μεγάλο πρόβλημα είναι ότι οι πόρτες δεν προσφέρουν καλή ηχομόνωση και το βράδυ μια παρέα στον 5ο όροφο έκανε τρελή φασαρία (γύρω στη 1 το βράδυ μέχρι τις 3, κρατώντας μας στο "πόδι" επειδή ακούγαμε τα πάντα. Κάποια στιγμή ανέβηκε ένας (μάλλον) ένοικος (ξένος) και απείλησε την παρέα πως θα φωνάξει την αστυνομία. Δεν ξέρω αν η ρεσεψιόν είχε εικόνα για το πρόβλημα, όταν όμως το είπα το πρωι έδειχναν να έχουν άγνοια. Είναι κρίμα γιατί τέτοιες συμπεριφορές ενοίκων κάνουν κακό στην συνολική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου (στο οποίο δεν το χρεώνω, απόλυτα, σαν πρόβλημα).

Pros:

La piscina en la azotea

Cons:

No funciona el aire acondicionado, los mosquitos pican y zumban, no dejan dormir, la heladera no enfría, el agua de la ducha encharca parte de la habitación, las camas con solo una sábana, etc. Se promociona como hotel 4 estrellas, pero no tiene desayuno: insólito!

Pros:

The staff and Hotel were both lovely, the pools and roof top terrace were a bonus for the area.
Good location for Omonoia Square 5min walk and Syntagma Metro.
We had a lovely modern room with a terrace.

Cons:

You need to choose the route to and from the hotel at night, no fault of the hotel.
