Auf meine Bitte, in das für 3 Personen gebuchte Zimmer (1 Erwachsener und 2 Kinder) ein Beistellbett zu stellen, sagte mir der Concierge man gehe eigentlich davon aus, dass auch 2 Kinder im Bett der Eltern schlafen (?!?). Auf meine Beharren auf das Beistellbett hin sagte er, das würde dann 50 € kosten. Erst nachdem ich ihn darauf hinwies, dass das bei Booking.com -wo ich eines der beiden Zimmer gebucht habe- kostenlos sei, hat er widerwillig das Beistellbett veranlasst. Wirklich unmöglich. Dazu kommt: bei diesen Preisen ist dringend eine Renovierung angesagt: Im Zimmer war ein Brandloch in der Gardine, die Möbel sind stark abgestoßen. Und das Bett war schlecht gemacht. Positiv war der überaus freundliche Service beim Frühstück und auch das Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung und dem Preis angemessen.
