Eine überaus konfortable Unterkunft in exzellenter Lage mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommendem Personal.
Pros:

Das überaus geräumige Zimmer und das wunderschöne Badezimmer mit der außergewöhnlichen Badewanne.

Cons:

Dass das Spa leider wegen eines Wasserschadens geschlossen war. Denn darauf hatte ich mich im Vorfeld besonders gefreut.

Gute Lage, aber Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut nicht.
Pros:

Die Lobby, die Bars sind wirklich sehr schön und modern, das Personal ist sehr freundlich in allen Bereichen.
Die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant beim Frühstück oder in der Rooftop Bar ist sensationell. Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal, man ist zu Fuss schnell am Bahnhof und oder noch näher gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Auf Grund von unseren Reklamationen wurde uns die Gebühr für die Parkgarage erlassen. Danke.

Cons:

Der Standard von dem Hotel hört bei der Zimmertür auf. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Beim ersten Zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde, war die Minibar rausgerissen (Gerät fehlte). Die Abläufe von Lavabo und Dusche waren verstopft, so dass das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasserstand. Generell ist der Zustand vom Zimmer eher schlecht. Nach einer Reklamation hies es, dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Naja das Upgrade war genau das gleiche Zimmer 3 Stockwerke höher - kann auch als Upgrade "verkauft" werden. Der Zustand vom Zimmer ist in etwa der gleiche, aber die Abläufe im Badezimmer funktionierten wenigstens. Eine funktionierende Minibar hatte es da auch. Aber dafür waren die Halter der Beaty Produkte gebrochen und hielten nicht mehr.

Leider war auch das Reinigungspersonal nicht immer so zuverlässig. Die Frottewäsche wurde nach Wunsch ausgetauscht, aber Handtuch gab es nur noch eines für 2 Personen.... Und das Duschmittel wurde nicht aufgefüllt.

Die Garage ist EXTREM teuer. Knapp 40.- EUR/Nacht. Da ist das Parken am Flughafen Zürich günstiger!

Also alles in allem Entspricht die Hotelkategorie und das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht dem was es vorgibt zu sein.
Wenn die Zimmer Renoviert werden, dann würde es stimmen.

Goede lokatie, maar een echt zakenhotel
