Mécontents.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner.
La bonne situation.

Cons:

Le deuxième spot à l'entrée était défectueux.
L'eau du lavabo était restée stagnante longtemps.
Il manquait une lampe sur la table, indispensable pour le petit travail de bureau.
La réceptionniste nous a répondu que ce n'était pas prévu et nous a conseillé de déplacer la lampe de table de nuit. Ce qu'on a fait. Mais il manquait de lumière la nuit.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, Bahnhof mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Lange Reihe mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, direkt an der Außenalster.

Cons:

Das Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten ein Upgrade, aufgrund dessen, dass uns wenige Tage vor Anreise erst mitgeteilt wurde , dass der Spa Bereich komplett gesperrt ist, schon seit Wochen. Rabatt konnte uns wohl nicht gewährt werden, deshalb das Upgrade. Stornierung war zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr möglich. Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Dusche und Wanne, aber wenig gemütlich. Insgesamt wenig Service enthalten, auf Nachfrage, ob die große, durchgehende Bettdecke in 2 einfache/separate getauscht werden kann, wurde direkt getauscht. Kapselmaschine mit Nespresso Kapseln war vorhanden (kannte ich schon aus anderen Hotels). Im Vorfeld wurden mehrere hundert Euro auf Kreditkarte geblockt beim Check in, war für uns unverständlich, im Nachhinein kam aber die Rechnung, in dem auch room service- also vermutlich sogar das Tauschen der Decken aufgelistet war. Das war der einzige Kontakt , den wir mit einem "room service" hatten. Vielleicht mussten wir auch die Kaffee-Kapseln bezahlen, das wurde aber nirgends aufgeführt, kenne ich sonst in Hotels ähnlicher Preiskategorie auch nicht. Alles in allem also wenig Information über Kosten, im Nachhinein (nicht beim Check Out) kommt die Rechnung.

Der Blick aus der Bar ist großartig

Cons:

Unfassbare Wartezeit beim einchecken. Wir waren mit einer Firmenveranstaltung dort. Das Essen war katastrophal schlecht. Unter Kantinenniveau und dann auch eine Riesenschlange an einem viel zu kleinen Buffet.

Cons:

Leider erwarte ich von so einem Hotel, dass der Abfluss am Waschbecken nicht verstopft ist.
