Immer wieder gerne. Hotel mit wohlfühlklima.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, außerordentlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, super Frühstück mit Service am Tisch.

Cons:

Es war alles gut. Wenn ich was negatives suchen soll, dann vielleicht dass es etwas wenig Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist.

Pros:

Gute Lage, geräumiges Zimmer & Bad, früheres einchecken möglich

Cons:

Zimmer zum Innenhof, blocken auf der Amex, obwohl Minibar leer war. Hohe Parkgebühr. Bedienung in der Bar recht langsam.

Pros:

The Swimming and the SPA is amazing. The room was quite big. The hotel is perfectly located .
The staff was very helpful to give me another room as my initial room was next to the main road and I am very sensitive to noise

Die Lage an der Außenalster

Es gab eine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Zimmerkategorien. Bei uns kamen die beiden Kategorien Deluxe Zimmer Teilblick auf die Alster und Executive Lake View Zimmer in die engere Wahl. Wir hatten uns dann für ein Executive Lake View Zimmer mit freier Sicht auf die Alster entschieden und nicht für das Zimmer mit dem Teilblick (durch Sträucher und hohe Bäume).
Wir bekamen ein Zimmer auf der 5. Etage und mussten feststellen, dass dies nicht mehr als ein Teilblick war. Wir sind uns sehr sicher, dass dies auch auf der 6. Etage nicht besser ist.
Wir hatten dies an der Rezeption angesprochen. Man kam uns nicht entgegen, weder mit einem Zimmer in einer höheren Etage noch bei dem Preis (Executive teurer als Deluxe)Uns wurde eine Karte in die Hand gedrückt mit den Worten: Wenn sie wieder buchen, dann schreiben Sie mich direkt an und buchen nicht über einen Drittanbieter, dann schauen wir, dass wir sie in der 7. oder 8. Etage unterbringen… Ohne Worte!
Das Housekeeping kam 2x ohne anklopfen einfach ins Zimmer. Sehr befremdlich, gerade, wenn man sich gerade umzieht.

Falta gerenciamento das instalações nos quartos.

Localização linda em frente ao lago.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funcionava e para piorar não havia água fria no chuveiro. Só água quente 😡. Não consegui dormir nem me refrescar. Avisei a recepção mas não resolveram nada 😡
