Had a good time here!
Pros:

The property was easy to locate and it was very close to the clubs.

Cons:

The walls were fairly thin so sleeping at night was a little difficult but other than that it was very nice.

This hotel is overpriced and outdated

The buffet breakfast was great and the location

Cons:

We were disappointed with our stay, particularly given the price of the hotel.

The lack of central air conditioning in the communal areas made the hotel uncomfortable, especially in the heat. During most of our stay, two of the three elevators were out of service, leaving only one very small and slow elevator available for guests.

The rooms also had very poor soundproofing. We could hear conversation and noise from both the neighbouring rooms and the corridor, which made it difficult to sleep and resulted in an uncomfortable and unrestful stay.

The bathroom was outdated, and the bathroom door could not properly close. On our first day, we also noticed that the sheets were visibly stained. When we raised this with reception, we were told that no one was available to bring replacement sheets, meaning we had to wait until the following day. The bedding and linen provided also felt very minimal.

The food at the pool bar was overpriced for the quality, and the pizza in particular was below average.

Overall, while the hotel may have some positive features, the combination of poor soundproofing, uncomfortable communal areas, elevator issues, outdated bathrooms and problems with the bedding significantly affected our stay. We expected a much higher standard given the price.

Disappointing.
Cons:

Walls lake paper you can hear everything feom the neighbouring room, in three days did not clean the room, the elevators were partly out of order and did not have air conditioning, the bathroom doors could not close as they were distroyed by water, the cabinet doors were poorly painter, safe old. It is not a 4 star hotel but poor 3 star hotel.

Pros:

Localização é ótima. Tem piscina e praia. É fácil estacionar no parque ou nas áreas vizinhas.

Cons:

A pressão da água no chuveiro é muito fraca. A casa de banho em geral é velha, precisa de renovação. Os elevadores são poucos e demoram imenso tempo.
