The property was in a good location to clubs etc however I’m really disappointed with our stay . Staying in a room with no ac working , horrible customer service, and inattentive staff . I found this hotel to be very disappointing.
Dear Hotel Vibra Algarb Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel and to formally request a refund due to the number of issues we experienced during our visit.
First, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly for the duration of our stay. Despite reporting the issue and requesting that maintenance come to repair it, nothing was done. As a result, we spent our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer weather.
Additionally, one evening we invited friends to briefly join us, and we were unexpectedly charged €150 to allow them into the hotel. We found this charge excessive and the way it was handled to be extremely disappointing. At no point did the staff make any effort to explain the policy in a professional or accommodating manner.
Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk only added to our frustration. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve any of the concerns we brought to their attention.
Finally, I was very concerned about the luggage storage area. There appeared to be little to no supervision, with people freely entering and exiting the room while no staff member was monitoring it. This created a serious security concern, and I genuinely felt that our belongings were at risk of being stolen.
Overall, this experience fell far below the standard we expected when booking with Hotel Vibra Algarb. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were left dealing with unresolved maintenance issues, poor customer service, unexpected charges, and concerns about the safety of our personal belongings.
Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a refund for my stay. I hope you will review my experience carefully and provide an appropriate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response.
Das sehr nette Personal, vor allem die junge Dame an der Rezeption namens Michelle war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich! Das Frühstück ist auch ein Highlight und die Lage ist hervorragend.
De locatie was heel fijn
Personeel was heel onvriendelijk. Ook niet helpen om in oplossingen te denken. Toen wij het het personeel aanspraken werd er letterlijk gezegd ‘shut up’. Dat vond ik heel brutaal. De muren was heel dun, dus alles echt alles hoor je. Het dekbed was mega dun. Sliep ook helemaal niet lekker
