la position géographique

Cons:

Les chambres étaient sales. Les vitres incroyablement sales. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le buffet du soir catastrophique. L'accès au transat en bord de plage etait payant et en plus à un prix exhorbitant.

Pros:

La ubicación.
La piscina y las zonas comunes.
El buffet del desayuno.
La facil accesibilidad a la playa.

Que no habia bebida vegetal de avena en el desayuno.
No estaba limpia del todo la habitación.
Parecia que la habían hecho rápido y mo estaba bien hecha.

very bad experience
Pros:

Very disappointing experience. I travel a lot and honestly this hotel was far below expectations for the price paid.

Every morning the restaurant staff make terrible noise by dragging chairs instead of lifting them. Impossible to enjoy breakfast or even drink a coffee peacefully.

Room cleaning is very superficial: beds and towels are changed, but tables, floors, and sinks are not properly cleaned. The tables around the pool and sunbeds are also often dirty.

The breakfast changes randomly every day and the organization feels poor. At the bar, cocktails included in the all inclusive package are clearly lower quality compared to when paying cash.

The snack area near the pool closes whenever the weather becomes slightly colder, without consideration for guests who planned to use it or prefer staying under the covered area.

The rooms are extremely small and do not match the photos shown online at all.

Also very surprising for an all inclusive hotel: no proper bottled water service for guests.

Overall, I am absolutely not satisfied and would not recommend this hotel considering the high price paid.
