Pros:

Not far from the town centre.

Cons:

When entering my room, there was a used, dirty towel lying behind the bedroom door, and the bed cover had lipstick or something on it which was clearly visible.

Excellent.
Pros:

Staff, was very helpful, polite. I had a operation in August. My mobility, was not good, and I'm still in recovery. My friend, also has mobility and breathing problems. We got of the bus at Newcastle, and asked for directions, we walked, and kept stopping, ending up at Wetherspoons, by the river, we asked the staff, how we could get to the Leanora Hotel, he told us to walk to the white bridge, go over turn left along the path, and the hotel is there. We went to reception, I give my name, the girl told me that I had come to the wrong hotel, and I said we both could not walk to the other hotel, I asked if we could have a transfer, the girl went into the office, came out and said yes thy could do it, but sent a email to the other hotel, we waited for confirmation, we waited for one and a half hours, then went to the reception, the girl was not very happy, about us waiting, for that length of time, she gave us 2 free drinks, we got a room, which we were pleased about and enjoyed our stay. Reception names were Lia and Natalie. They went above and beyond.

Cons:

Communication, from the other hotel, should have been better. I know if I had got the right hotel in the first place, we would have not walked all that way. I would like to say the Hotel we stayed in on Monday night was a lot closer for us, with our mobility, breathing problems. Thank you for reading this and look forward to your reply.

Lovely hotel, location is good. Staff were all very polite,and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location, for Utilitia Arena.

Cons:

The room could have some drawers in it. No place to hang hand towel at sink.

Poor and dissapointing.
Cons:

Did not have a room for me when I arrived, transfer me to another location I had not booked. Was far from my conference so they told me they would arrange a taxi. In the morning, they did not do it so I was late to my conference.

Repeat loyal guest/Good, quiet hotel.

Cons:

A few areas in the room were missed by the housekeeping staff ( the dust behind the TV); the bathroom could have been cleaner.

I choose this hotel almost every time I stay near central station - the staff are fantastic and the hotel is comfortable
Pros:

The upgraded rooms are great. The beds are comfy and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no AC / thermostat in the room to control the temperature.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a great choice at breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel is well positioned in the heart of Newcastle , really handy for the bars I visit. The rooms are beautifully refurbished and the beds really comfortable. Breakfast is gorgeous with a great varied choice of hot and cold food.

Cons:

I have no complaints at all!
