Booking again in a month
Pros:

Hotel was nice and comfortable. We stayed memorial weekend and there was a dog show and car show going on. The atmosphere was wonderful for my kids and I. Hotel is being updated but I still loved it.

Cons:

Breakfast options could be a bit more. Didn't have traditional waffles which the kids love

Pros:

The front desk staff were helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations and I'm sure it will be nice once these are complete.The hotel was well situated for our stay and does offer a variety of amenities as well as having a nice dining area for breakfast. I liked that there were also 2 beds and a sofa bed as we were three adults traveling together.

Cons:

The pull-out sofas in the room were not comfortable and hopefully will be replaced in the renovations. We had to move to a second room on check-in because the sofa bed in the first also wouldn't pull in and out probably. The room had no extra bedding to make up the sofa. There were loose cables dangling in the rooms and common areas and the hot water really only made it to lukewarm. In addition, the gym room had broken equipment and when we wanted to use the printer in the business room, we needed to get the front desk to assist with printing.
Overall, the hotel was not to the standard of the price they were charging.

Get what you pay for
Pros:

I liked how it had a pool and the room was a decent size.

Cons:

While we were there the toilet seat came off, went and told the staff we were told maintenance didn’t come in until Monday we stayed on a Saturday. When I had to use the restroom we had to goto one of the bathrooms off the lobby. I stayed on the 3rd floor.

No Disaster Plans beyond a Fire!
Cons:

Hotel upkeep is lacking. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint, moldy and cracking caulking around the tub/shower, sheets were dingy and kept falling off the hard spring mattress. Pool towels were disgustingly old and stained.

What really got me was there is no tornado shelter, nor was the hotel staff prepared to help guests with the several tornado warnings we had during my stay. By the time she called her manager, the place could have been flattened.

We used to love staying at this location and unfortunately we will be finding a few one for future wrestling stays.
Cons:

Our room got switched without our knowledge! The Facility was not clean and it is in desperate need of upgrades.

Wasn’t a bad stay
Pros:

It was clean, the hotel was in a good location

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The shower still had hair from the previous people staying there
And the wall paper was falling off the wall in the bathroom close to the toilet and was put back up with thump tanks!!!
And we tried to go swim but the pool water was very cold and the kids in the pool area were to busy jumping off edge that we really couldn’t swim anyway. Other then that the stay wasn’t to bad.

Would not recommend for a nice getaway. It was as clean as it could be with some structural issues that need to be addre

Staff was very nice and the breakfast was great!

Cons:

The bathroom needed a lot of work. There was caulk everywhere it shouldn’t be. Next to the toilet there was a piece of wallpaper pinned on with thumb tacks, behind that was mold.

A quiet and comfortable stay!
Pros:

It was quiet, comfortable, and convenient.

Cons:

Had to ask about hot water in shower- had to let it warm up for a few minutes instead of just jumping in to a nice hot shower to relax. Not a huge deal but don’t normally have to wait for stuff to heat up.

The location was good.

Cons:

The room needs repairs: cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bathtub needs caulk. The heater made very loud sounds.
