The absolute worst hotel experience of my entire life—a complete health hazard and nightmare!

The conditions here were genuinely unlivable. There was absolutely no air conditioning, forcing us to choose between suffocating in the heat or opening the windows to be eaten alive by swarms of mosquitoes. Sleeping was physically impossible under these brutal conditions. To make matters worse, we were denied basic hygiene: not a single clean towel was provided for our entire three-day stay. Instead, we were insultingly handed a single bedsheet to dry ourselves after showering.

The nightmare began the second we arrived. Our check-in was a total disaster. We showed up exactly at the agreed time, only to walk into a filthy, disgusting room covered in the trash and dirt of the previous guests. The space itself was claustrophobic and way too small, the TV was completely broken, and the shower drain was heavily clogged, leaving us standing in dirty, stagnant water. And the entire shower stall was covered in toxic black mold. There were ants in the bed. The matresses were too big for the bed, to the point that when you were lying on them you were almost falling off the sides. One of two keys we received did not fit to our door. Breakfast cost €15 per person and consisted only a few slices of toast and instant coffee. On the last morning, the breakfast room was closed, so we didn't even get that. And the list goes on and on...

This wasn't just an isolated issue—every single guest we spoke to was experiencing the exact same horrific conditions. I am honestly traumatized and at a total loss for words. This place shouldn't just be avoided, it needs to be shut down immediately. An absolute catastrophe!

Leider war unser Aufenthalt alles andere als „high quality“ oder „unforgettable“. Das Zimmer hatte keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit den Bildern auf Booking. Statt des gebuchten Zimmers bekamen wir eine kleine, bedrückende Abstellkammer ohne Fenster.

Zusätzlich war das Zimmer in einem absolut inakzeptablen Zustand: überall Moskitos, schimmelige Wände – besonders im Badezimmer –, ein kaputter Toilettensitz und ein nicht funktionierender Föhn.

Noch schlimmer war allerdings der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: Wir haben uns direkt gemeldet und um eine Lösung bzw. ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, aber es kam keinerlei Antwort. Die zusätzlich angegebene Telefonnummer war außerdem nicht einmal vergeben.

Für den Preis und die Versprechen des Hotels ist das einfach enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel. Wir können dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Do not recommend this place!

ansonsten ist es ein ziemlich runtergewirtschafteter Laden, Schimmel, Flecken, kaputte Tür, kein Rauchmelder im Zimmer, Lampe ohne Glühlampe direkt am Kopfteil des Bettes und ein Zettel, mit der Bitte, das ganze nicht anzufassen. Irgendein Kabel im Bett, fleckige Gardinen und tote Mückenrester an der Decke, lauwarmes Wasser, kein Signal beim Fernseher. Im Hiteleingang lag zwei Tage lang ein Berg mit Säcken voller Schmutzwäsche. Rezeption ist nie besetzt, man bekommt eine Telefonnummer. Ich habe mehrfach angerufen, man hat mir immer versichert, dass man sich um meine Probleme kümmert.....nix ist passiert
Die Tür zum Badezimmer wurde anscheinend gedreht und ziemlich stümperhaft wieder eingesetzt, der Rahmen wurde auch nicht verspachtelt, man sieht schön den Bauschaum. Die Klinke ist nun auf der anderen Seite, die alten Löcher muss man nicht schließen. In die Zwischendecke wurde ein ziemlich großes Viereck geschnitten, um die Kabel der Klimaanlage durchzustecken, auch das wurde einfach so gelassen, wer weiß welches Getier da rumkrabbelt. Alles in allem viiiiel zu teuer, für sooooo viele Probleme.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in, the pictures they have on the website are completely fake. The room was is a disarray and not clean in the slightest.
We spent an hour outside waiting to get in in the middle of the street while freezing. They advertised a 24/7 desk but the desk was empty. I had to be let in, and warned by other guests about this place and how terrible it was. They have the keys on a table with other guests names on it and I had to search for my key among the other poor souls.
The worst thing about this place is the price they charge for breakfast. I had toast and a price of fruit. For 15 euros each person, how is that possible. They literally did not have anything.

Also, the power went out on our last night. I was met with other guests who had to charge their phone in the foyer. I hassled the many phone numbers and after several hours, I was able to gain access to the fuse box and flick the switch back on.

It was extremely basic, smelly, not clean, many things were not working, the rooms weren’t cleaned, no toilet paper, light bulbs unreplaced, unclear room assignement, management was harassing us whereas they were not properly organizing our stay.

El tiempo de espera para coger la habitación, la atención de una recepción que no existía, llaves equivocadas, que casi ma hacen entrar en una habitación ajena... además con la asistencia virtual y tarde en las respuestas.
Nada recomendable!!

L’arredo e la pulizia della camera. Arrivi al desk della reception e ci sono dei sacchi gialli sempre con tutti i panni sporchi da lavare.

Appena siamo arrivati all’orario che dovevamo fare il check in in struttura la camera era ancora da rifare ai clienti precedenti…abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore per poi entrare in camera.

SCAM. Read all google reviews before booking here and believe them. Crazy to believe that this place is still running.

Esperienza da non ripetere, anzi attenzione! Sono rimasta più di un' ora ad aspettare fuori dalla porta dell' hotel suonando e telefonando ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Inviati msg e mail. Ma nulla. Non mi era stato inviato il PIN per aprire. Alla fine fortunatamente mi ha aperto una ragazza ospite della struttura, che a sua volta aveva avuto lo stesso trattamento. Io rimasta senza parole. Camera un tempo forse elegante ma ad oggi decadente, evidentemente per la poca cura. Colazione inclusa ( con un supplemento ) dall hotel dichiarata "internazionale" e con foto totalmente non veritiere.. deludente: caffè solubile da preparare in autonomia con acqua calda di un bollitore elettrico, dolciumi confezionati..e poco altro. Tristezza assoluta. Costo troppo alto per una notte, vista la spiacevole esperienza. Mai successo tutto cio nella splendida Venezia.
