That it had a gym and continental breakfast
Rooms should be cleaned daily. It’s already 5 years post-Covid. The only hotel I know of that rooms are cleaned on alternate days.
The location, the size of the room, and the person that assisted me through text was wonderful.
I felt the person at the reception desk when I checked in looked a bit bothered but she did her job.

very poor communication from the hotel - no response to messages before arrival at the accommodation, no response to messages after departure from the accommodation, required payment of a deposit of 1069 dollars and after almost two weeks after departure the deposit still has not been returned, insufficient information about the hotel's operations, cleaning only once every two days, but only after that you have to order cleaning at the reception

Way too much noise right outside our room early in the morning. It sounded like staff.
I didn’t like the pillows. The pillows are the most uncomfortable things ever!! I suggest y’all get new pillows. I was so tired.
Cleaning up the room should have been more than once

Location good, room good, restroom good but no works well.
The water flow in the shower is fine, but the upper showerhead loses a lot of pressure. The lower tub spout doesn’t close/seal properly, so water keeps coming out from there, causing a loss of pressure in the showerhead.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs had a bad taste and were difficult to eat. On the last day, we chose not to have breakfast, as the healthiest options on the menu were either poorly prepared or of low quality, which we believe is the main issue.
Additionally, on Sunday, the beds were not made and the towels were not replaced. We expected to return to a prepared room, but instead we had to make the beds ourselves before going to sleep and use wet towels.
We hope you can improve these aspects and provide a better experience in the future.
