This hotel is close to everything you need, staff are very friendly. Place is clean.

Cons:

This time the bathroom had a weird smell my wife thought it was moldy, to me it was a faint weird smell. Advised staff they did try to remove it as much as they could and offered to change room. Also I believe there was a lack of communication between the front desk and the girls cleaning the rooms because my wife requested extra towels several times at the desk and never arrived. The only english word the cleaning girls knew when my wife asked them was front desk. My wife finally found Tatiana which was the only cleaning person that actually spoke english.

Pros:

Location good, room good, restroom good but no works well.

Cons:

The water flow in the shower is fine, but the upper showerhead loses a lot of pressure. The lower tub spout doesn’t close/seal properly, so water keeps coming out from there, causing a loss of pressure in the showerhead.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs had a bad taste and were difficult to eat. On the last day, we chose not to have breakfast, as the healthiest options on the menu were either poorly prepared or of low quality, which we believe is the main issue.

Additionally, on Sunday, the beds were not made and the towels were not replaced. We expected to return to a prepared room, but instead we had to make the beds ourselves before going to sleep and use wet towels.

We hope you can improve these aspects and provide a better experience in the future.

Another comfy stay
Pros:

Loved the size of the room and the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Great area for chatting and relaxing on the patio area as well. It's located in a great area and surrounded be really good restaurants and a few grocery stores. It is also located near gas stations and other points of convenience. We've stayed here on 4 different occasions and always have a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is traveling in the Linden area.

Cons:

Can be a bit loud when staying on the first floor, but that's unavoidable.

Gone downhill.
Pros:

The location was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Several things. One was the confusion at check in and then also somehow they canceled my reservation at 3:46 AM while I was sleeping after I had checked in early that Friday which I was not aware of, so the next day after I went out and came back to take a shower before going to see my aunt in hospice, I could not get in the room. And it took them forever to give me another key. Since everything was already paid for and I had not canceled and my things were still in the room. Some how there was an error that no one could explain. I almost didn't make it for visiting hours to see my aunt before I had to leave. They could not give me a receipt at the check out either. Because they did not have me booked for that room. The floors were sticky in the room and bathroom. The heat didn't work very well. I'll never stay here again.

Other then the sewing pin it was good
Pros:

Surrounding shops and convenience.

Cons:

Only issue was a sewing needle left sticking out of my carpet and lunched into my foot from a previous guest and all the front desk staff said was sorry I’ll tell the cleaner
