Great location. However, comfort and staffing issues proved to be declining.
Pros:

Location is Great. Close to stores and restaurants.
Also, I have always appreciated staff response to concerns.

Cons:

I have stayed in this location more than 10 times. I usually book 2 queen beds. We were put in a room with full size beds. When I asked about the situation, I was told that they have both full and queen size beds. They are supposed to assign all people who had booked queen beds to either queen or full.
Additionally, I asked house keeping for clean towels and I was told to go downstairs and get them myself.

Very pleasant employees of the light and kind
Pros:

Ladies at the front desk was very nice, kind and polite, and the hotel was clean

The room only had one chair and needs two chairs in the room

Everything,,especially the bed and coffee ☕️ after traveling from Petersburg Virginia to a comfy bed and then wake up to some good coffee ☕️. Hampton Inn will forever be my favorite 😍
