Staff great, breakfast good, facilities disappointing.

Breakfast and staff were great

Cons:

Room required maintenance. Toilet ran all night, sink has drainage issues, there was no soap for sink. Pillows were abysmal

50 minutes out if Banff and a third of the price to stay at. We stayed for two night and did two days of site seeing up

Pros:

The Filipina who was working at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. We checked in on the evening of June 16th.

Cons:

No smile from the lady who worked the next morning. And the TV remote wasn't available, but that was no big deal for us.
