Pleasant place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful setting. Parts of the hotel were a little tired. Internet not the best.

Cons:

Location though beautiful was a distance from places to eat and the hotel restaurant was booked both nights we stayed.

Le lieu, le jardin et la vue

Cons:

Chambre glaciale à l'arrivée ( la clim était à fond depuis des heures! ) il faisait 16o dehors et très gris.
Pas possible d'obtenir du chauffage...
Après insistance et des remarques non réfléchies à la réception, nous avons obtenu un changement de chambre.

Sehr schöne Ambiente mit Park, Pool und Parking. Degustation im Weinkeller möglich. Feine Weine. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Schlne Aussicht auf Stadt und Berge. Ruhige Lage.

O charme da propriedade. A prova de vinhos

Cons:

Pequeno almoço péssimo, desorganizado e completamente desarrumado. Falta de funcionários e de simpatia. Chegámos com fome à hora do almoço e não havia nada para comer, nem no bar. Nem room service. Nem foi possível marcar para o jantar quando a sala visivelmente não estava cheia.

günstiges Schloss-Hotel
Pros:

Schönes Schloss-Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht und grossartigem Weinverkauf! Unbedingt paar Flaschen mitnehmen vom Verkauf am Empfang. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Cons:

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt etwas muffelig. Tatsächlich sind die Betten aber recht bequem und alles ist sauber. Eine Lobby hat leider gefehlt, wo man noch auf einen Drink zusammensitzen könnte.

Perfekt !
Pros:

Wir haben die Unterkunft als stop-over bei unserer Rückreise gewählt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage sorgte für die entsprechende Temperatur. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen, da aufgrund der kurzfristigen Buchung der Unterkunft keine Kapazitäten mehr vorhanden waren. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns jedoch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant im Ort empfohlen, welches fussläufig zu erreichen war und auch gleich einen Tisch reserviert. Das Frühstück war für mich absolut in Ordnung. Wir werden sicher für einen längeren Aufenthalt wiederkommen, zumal die Gegend mit den Bergen und den Seen in der Nähe recht ansprechend ist und wir diese Ecke von Frankreich noch nicht so gut kennen.

Location, history, convenience, good value for money and not a formule stay

Cons:

Food is v overrated and the staff are all a bit stiff as if they are all over trained in the business of service rather than relaxing and showing their personalities.

This is a good stay but not a five star experience so the staff can all afford not to be so frozen by the fear of putting on a show..

Menu really needs to improve--a timbale of words and ideas but the food lacks taste and both the entree and dessert are cold as if just out of the refrigerator. On this occasion the restaurant was full but I base my observations on the other two visits.
Good but could be so much better with a few tweaks if only it wanted to change.
