Der angepriesene Service entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen,

Cons:

Wir wollten nach dem Abendessen noch in der Pool, der war anstatt um
21:00 schon 20:45 geschlossen, trotz 28Grad, schade.

Die Bedienung in Restaurant ist etwas laissez faire, der Eingangs uns bedienende Weinkeller schenkte auf einmal nicht mehr nach.
Kein Wasser im Zimmer, sowie kein Kühlschrank bzw Minibar.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble avec quelques prestations en plus et le mariage en moins cela aurait été parfait

Le lieux, le personnel, belle prestation au restaurant.

Cons:

Choix carte restaurant limité quand on y passe 5 repas - pas de restauration le dimanche midi sans avoir réservé 8jrs avant…. Même pas une glace dans l apm
Un mariage avait lieu, nous aurions aimé être prévenu nous aurions réservé ailleurs
Manque de service pr un bel établissement
Espace piscine vétuste transat troué, pas assez de transat
Chambre qui mériterai une remise en état

Amazing hotel, the oldest in the Savoie which oozes comfort and class

An absolutely amazing location. The arboretum was an absolute pleasure to sit out in and take a drink before calling it a night. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. The complimentary wine tasting was very welcome and unexpected. The close proximity to Chambery was good and it still felt quiet and remote.

The whole experience was way beyond what I was expecting and my parents, who I met up with there, were blown away by the hotel and are already planning a winter/spring return for 2027.

Pros:

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil, gentillesse et professionalité.C'est un lieu d'histoire très beau, la tranquillité invite à la détente. Le parc, la piscine contribuent au bien être et autres services que nous n'avons pas utilisé car nous y étions que pour une nuit de passage .

Restaurant toujours excellent (nous séjournions pour la 4ème fois dans cet établissement).
Bravo pour les bornes de recharges pour voitures électriques; elles ont été très appréciées

Un court séjour reposant dans un joli cadre
Pros:

Un bel établissement qui a une histoire, avec un beau jardin, une piscine et une jolie vue.
Notre chambre était très confortable : bonne literie, calme et climatisée.
Très bon accueil du personnel.

Cons:

C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de minibar ni de plateau de courtoisie (café, thé, infusions)
La moquette au sol dans les chambres.
