Calme , comfortable .

Excellent 4 days stay in this hotel in beautiful Savoie
Pros:

Great hotel in a beautiful location, the view and the park are great, we enjoyed a lot the swimming pool. Not to forget about the food that is amazing. Hikes towards Chapelle St Michel start really close by the hotel

Ein schönes altes Schloß dezent umgebaut zum Hotel. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Ein umfangreiches Kaufangebot an Weinen und Champagner der Marke Rothschild steht bereit.

Cons:

Leider ist der Küchenschluss etwas früh.

Déçus du standing
Pros:

Le cadre extérieur du château et l'emplacement géographique de ce dernier.
La salle de bains

Cons:

Ne pas avoir été prévenus qu'il y avait un mariage le jour de notre réservation.Parking interne et celui devant l'entrée immédiate pleins.
Personnel pas spécialement souriant ni vraiment accueillant, accaparé par le mariage.
La petitesse de la chambre et mobilier "lambda", pas à la hauteur d'un château. Ce devait être la dernière disponible... Pour une chambre dite "charmante", avec vue sur le parking, elle n'avait rien de charmant.
Pas même une bouteille d'eau ni une bouilloire avec dosettes de café et thé dans la chambre.Assez déçus.

Pros:

Le lieu magnifique

Cons:

Le personnel très gentil mais il y a un petit manque d organisation, 20 minutes pour servir 1 pinte 10min pour trouver une serviette de piscine. Ce est pas très grave mais je pense que l organisation peut être amélioré

Pros:

Le cadre est très beau, c’est propre, bien aménagé. Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Il manque pour ce tarif, de quoi se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre. L’espace piscine est sympa mais sans plus.

Nous aurions aimé être prévenu qu’il y avait un mariage et l’établissement et vieillissant

C’est un très bel établissement avec un très bel extérieur

Cons:

Il y avait un mariage pendant notre séjour, donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de l’établissement… et la chambre qu’ils avaient été attribuées était sale. La moquait était toute tachée… ça fait plusieurs années que nous allons danser cet hôtel cette année nous avons été déçu !

Magnifique parc arboré, belle bâtisse chargée d'histoire et très agréable terrasse de restaurant.

Cons:

Le fait que les voitures puissent garer à l'intérieur du parc, devantles chambres. Pratique, certes, mais enlève un peu du charme à ce lieu ressourçant.
