Way too expensive for what they deliver!

The surroundings where beautiful and the ground and the views of the valley and mountains. Eautiful old castle

Cons:

Well, what to say. Not a place for us again. We really looked forward to the stay, but what a disappointment. The room was in need of an update, the whole place is. The staff is not very friendly. The restaurant, according to some other reviews was to be exceptional, but that is not true. Also, just because you stay at the hotel doesn't mean you get a table, they send you to a nearby tapasbar. We had booked a suite which was in a real need of an update, it had a very dated sofa, full of swarming bees in the open fireplace, damaged doors and more. Luckily there was a glass cover in the fire place so the bees couldn't get into the room. The air-conditioning didn't work. The night porter came to have a look and said it was broken, and that some sort of compensation would be given, but in the morning, Estelle said they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Other guests were at the desk complaining as well, but they couldn't care less. So many things that went wrong, and the staff should not work in hospitality. We can't recommend this hotel, and it's sorry to say. The potential is great since the setting is beautiful and so are the grounds, but it takes more than that to make it enjoyable.

Beautiful chateau and area
Pros:

Beautiful buildings & setting
Such a comfortable bed (so important!)
We didn’t eat this time but local friends rave about the restaurant

Cons:

Dated room, bathroom. Last stayed 10 years ago, needed updating then and not done
Charging €2 for pool towels - completely unnecessary and looks tight
No water in the room - not even a proper glass to drink tap water from, just a paper cup.

Tout était au top: le château, la localisation et la vue depuis des jardins, la gentillesse du personnel, la dégustation dans la cave à vin...

Cons:

Pensez juste à réserver le restaurant en avance si vous souhaitez y dîner. Sinon ils ont plein de recommandations au top.

A real delight for a nights sleep after a long drive on the way to Tignes. Booked it from the road and loved the experie

Es war ein gemütlicher Abend bei wunderbarem Essen, eine gute Nacht in einem schönen Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Gebäude hat Charme. Das Essen am Abend war ausgezeichnet.
Leider hat am Morgen ca. 9.00 Uhr niemand beim Frühstück die leeren Bestände aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die separate Toilette war schlecht beleuchtet.
