Heureusement que je suis resté que deux nuits!

L’emplacement non loin de la gare, la chambre est petite mais c’est correct

L’absence de politesse du personnel, limite on est absent… j’ai eu un seul bonjour le jour de l’enregistrement. Après RIEN!!! La salle de bain était pleine de traces d’humidité dans les recoins... dommage ! Petit déjeuner continental sommaire (café, thé pain en tranches, beurre, confitures) jus d’orange pas vraiment bon. Eau du robinet servi en pichet avec des glaçons.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à seulement 10 minutes de la gare de Kyoto, chambre assez spacieuse et lit très confortable, malgré les différents avis je n'ai eut aucun soucis de mauvaise odeurs par rapport à la climatisation. Le personnel est agréable et chaque jour serviettes et brosse à dent sont changer par le personnel chargé du nettoyage.

Cons:

Autant la chambre était globalement propre autant le rideau de douche était infesté de moisi et le mur de la salle de bain était aussi entaché, je pense sincèrement qu'en réglant les problèmes de propreté des salles de bains l'hôtel pourrait gagné en prestige.

駅から近く、リーズナブル。電車の音は耳栓で対策した方が良い
Pros:

リーズナブルだった。駅から近く、新幹線を降りてからホテルまでは歩いても１０分かからないくらい。飲食店も近くにあるので便利な立地だった。

Cons:

全館禁煙となっているはずだが、部屋がたばこ臭かった。かつては喫煙可で、まだその臭いが取れないのかもしれない。線路が近いので、どうしても電車の音が深夜、早朝に聞こえてくる。前もって口コミを読んでいたので耳栓を持って行ったが、寝ている間に外れて、結局早朝に電車の音で目覚めた。

Very good location with good staff
Pros:

The proximity with the station, the mall, a temple and more. The staff was welcoming and the checkin was easy.

Cons:

Everything was good but like a lot of accomodation in Japan, the checkin at 4pm is late 😭
