Oozing charm with the right room
Pros:

Loved the upgrade for a little extra to courtyard view room with balcony. What we envisioned

Cons:

First room. Inner courtyard not at all what we wanted. 2nd floor is like completely different hotel lacking charm of lower floors

Très beau séjour sur une grande avenue de Lisbonne
Pros:

Bel accueil, très bien localisé et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

Certaines odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain. Chambre située à côté de la réception, donc c’est bruyant. C’est un bel hôtel mais un peu défraîchi.

Hotel situé Au second étage d'un immeuble situé sur l'avenue de la liberté.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas eu de chance. la climatisation de fonctionnait pas et n a pas été réparée. Pas bcp d'effort pour me proposer de changer de chambre. Qualité du WIFI discutable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire (bas de gamme) : mieux vaut le prendre ailleurs. Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas tres bon.

Great value for money
Pros:

Amazing location- very central yet quiet, close to everything you need and want to see. Very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff.

Cons:

The window is not super soundproof, but luckily the area is pretty quiet at night. Breakfast could be much better.

Buena ubicación y amabilidad
Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, entre la plaza de Restauradores y Marques de Pombal. La atención del personal de conserjería es muy bueno. Vivian es muy amable y servicial

Cons:

La maquina expendedora de bebidas no funcionaba y eso, es una incomodidad porque de noche, obliga a salir a la calle a comprar y es un lugar donde no hay muchos comercios abiertos a esa hora.

Não recebi esta prestação de serviço por parte do hotel. Por erro da plataforma Booking, por ocasião da reserva, esta acomodação foi reservada de forma duplicada e não foi por nós (dois casais) utilizada. Não houve bom senso, ou qualquer senso de justiça por parte do hotel, em aceitar o cancelamento da reserva realizada equivocadamente. Sendo assim, nos sentimos lesados em 548 euros, por total descaso por parte da Gerência do hotel, que contatada por e-mail, em várias oportunidades, até o presente momento nos ignorou totalmente.

Hotel acogedor en el corazón de Lisboa

El alojamiento me pareció perfecto. Bien situado, acogedor y el personal súper amable. Me cambiaron a una habitación superior con un balcón a la avenida principal. El desayuno ideal para pasar muy buena mañana y las instalaciones perfectas.

Descaso com ocorrênciproblema na reserva

Cons:

O descaso com o fato de eu ter reservado a acomodação e por um erro da plataforma fui induzido a repetir a reserva que, em espaço de 3 minutos, acabou sendo duplicada. Apesar de todas as tentativas, devidamente justificadas, foi negada pelo hotel qualquer possibilidade de cancelamento da segunda reserva. Assim sendo, pagamos 548 euros por um serviço não prestado pelo hotel. Nos sentimos lesados, econômica e moralmente, pois após várias mensagens remetidas à Gerência, por e-mail, fomos totalmente ignorados.

Gute Lage, geeignet für 1 oder 2 Nächte in Lissabon

Cons:

da muss man erst mal die Treppe hoch bis zum Hoteleingang. Schlüsselübergabe an Reception. Ansonsten kein Service.
